Texas is super hot in the summer, wonderful in fall and spring, and super duperly cold in winter. It's very close to freezing if it isn't freezing already. We've had one psuedo snow day and that will probably be all the snow we'll see this year. I like snow.

Every year we have some family over for Chinese food on Christmas Eve (which apparently is common...?) and then we go to midnight Christmas Mass and THEN SANTA COMES :D probably doing that routine again this year! What about you?!

The Chinese New Years, for people who is not married or without kids would receive cash for those who are married. It's a sign of luck. And on Chinese New Years, you have to wear New clothes, and you can also play Fireworks. Of course, you're going to cerebrate with family relatives.

For the Christmas holidays? We usually have Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner at my house, but this year it's going to be with my aunts. We open presents and have nice sugar filled treats that night, and then on Christmas, we have our stockings which are always fun to unload and either one or two presents that we pick to not open on Christmas Eve to open on Christmas. Finally, we get the dinner lol..

It's mega confusing, but I love Christmas.

I always feel like Christmas is a bit of a letdown. There's this HUGE lead up to it, with the music and the tv specials, and then the day just comes and goes. The End. Not much payoff for so much hype. I like New Years though. You get exactly what you expect on New Years.
