the west end is a hard place, anyone who thinks appearances doesn't matter si sadly mistaken, the boys had to leave becasue they were too tall, and when auditioning, most get sent home before even doign anything becasue they dont quite fit the requirments, you ahve o be within a certain height, hair colour and everything :(

Harry has real quality and obviously comes with genuine class. Gwion has the cute factor & I suspect they have already started training his voice as he hasn't got a Welsh accent for the first few lines. Laurence is the gamble, but his singing voice is superb and his confidence will grow and grow as he gets more acting experience.

For all the Chester fans, of which I am one, his angelic singing voice just isn't strong enough for all the shows and he isn't as confident in acting like, say, Harry.
