  • Your posture is amazing!:D

  • some people are so rude ... :P

lol she dance for fun and she is doing great.

whats the problem ?maybe some people are jealus or something.

i know that dancers have to be thin( i am a dancer myself and i take ballet seriously )but only the ones who take ballet seriously

and SHE IS NOT FAT :)) she is a teengager, she is growing.

  • arent you supposed to be really thin to be a ballerina?

  • @condiersea

    definately not-

    thats just a stereotypical view

  • Sorry about tht last comment, me and my friends share this account so, I'm really sorry about her.

  • @Ballet4Everz it is ok charma (sp) will come back around to her. Anyone knows you can dance no matter how big you are if you do it just for fun and are not trying to become a prima ballerina with a big company. And that is what I do I dance for fun and it is great excercise, With all my health problems I cannot just go out and work out in a gym, without doing more harm than good.

  • @dncr2beee You're doing great too :D and its definetly great exercise :D

  • Wait, which one are u? The fat one?

  • it kinda looks like you're forcing your turnout at some points, which is BAD. it can really damage your knees, hips and ankles. only go as far as you can, don't overly push it, you can work on turnout, so you can improve, but the import thing ISN'T to have a 180 degree turnout, it's to be safe.

  • @carlyheartsdance Hey thanks I will try really hard to remember that when class starts back up in June. There are times when try to force a better turn out but i always try to turn from my hips and not my knees that was one of the first things we learned when I was little was to use your hips to turnout and not your knees.

  • @dncr2beee exactly (: your turnout should start from the top and work it's way down. if your turning out from your knees and not your hips you'll hurt yourself. I know it's tempting to try to push yourself to get that pretty look, but working and improving slowly is really the way to go (: good luck!

  • @carlyheartsdance Thanks again!!! Do you have any videos on how to improve turnout with out killing the knees or know of any really good ones My summer term of ballet starts in less than a month and the teacher who teaches is really tough. And I will be doing pointe so turn out is a must for pointe work

  • @dncr2beee I don't have any videos for turnout, but search strangesugarfairy, she has a video with stretches you can do to improve your turnout, and their basically all the same stretches that I use (:

  • @carlyheartsdance Thanks I will check it out, and work on it over the summer since I am not dancing this summer.

  • @dncr2beee no problem (:

  • Very nice :)
