It was ok. I don't play tuba I play euphonium and trombone so I can't really give advice on how to fix technique, but it needs to tongued better. it all ran together a lot, and soloist during the 16th note was dragging like a mother. also he needs to play out, he was being covered up.

The only time you should ever puff your cheeks is to do a quick attack. Puffing your cheeks is a sin while playing. All the air is trapped in your cheeks instead of going through the horn. If you don't puff your cheeks you will get a bigger and better tone that will help you with all those 16th notes. Your 16th are also really thin when you play. You are stuggling to hard and i can hear it in your sound. Relax and push the air all the way through
