  • Sure, I think the Yen would have something to say about it.

There are 2 sides to each equation who are all those people going to sell to.

Do me a favour, short the USD and leverage it up for me as well, soon I will be on the other side of that trade.

There is 100 trillion+ worth of credit issued in the US and only about 2 trillion of cash and equivalents in circulation. The household and corporate debt is coming due and soon much of that credit with be chasing that Cash.

  • Thanks for the info, Stella.

  • I wonder how the media will spin the Dubai default into part of the economic recovery. They've done a pretty amazing job with the unemployment numbers. It is encouraging right now that gold is only down about 30 dollars. The fundamentals still haven't changed for PMs. If this takes the markets down hard, Bernanke will get the money hose out again, also, China will probably just use this for a large buy point. They wouldn't want the price to crash too much and have millions of angry citizens

  • Youre right on all counts..the media will spin this as some kind of goofy accident. They wont inform us Dubai is out of oil and economic collapse has hit them hard.

  • I see the people have started using Gold to pay off their debts, I guess that makes it a currency, if you like.

  • I dont think its going to stick now. Its bouncing. All that paper gold. The crazyness!

  • You are correct in that paper gold is crap. Physical gold is the place to be.

  • Can't get that Tom Petty song "Free falling" out of my head!

  • It may be short-lived. Think will look at it as a buying opportunity.

  • it is all falling down fast. I hope it goes really low. It would give us a opportunity to double our holdings on the cheap.

  • I can't believe you suggested that Warren isn't passionate about his subject, John?. He's probably THE most passionate person out there right now. He is very angry at the way things are headed.. but in a very controlled manner.

The man is almost too quick for me, his brain works at such a high frequency that it's possible to miss his very precise points. He is permanently reminding himself to slow down & explain things because he knows he'd lose our understanding. Very intelligent guy.

  • no you misunderstood what i meant - i mean a lot of us are passionate about what we do (despite what the facts may say) whereas warren looks at the basic facts - ignores a lot of noise.

i agree - he's passionate about what he does - obviously - anyone on YT who bothers to do vids obviously is... i just meant he doesnt let opinion sway him - hes right down the line kinda guy.

  • Its late, time to hit the sack but thought you guys might like this blast from a strange past Ive just found.

    watch?v=XeolH-kzx4c&feature=related

Looks like he was in IT before his music carrier.. nite nite!

  • PPS it could be me being a dummy for forgetting thanks giving. If Im wrong I'd appreciate any clues..

  • does any one know why the bullion market went flat for the last few hours?

PS I have just spotted the pattern in a bullion company that discounts on major declines. the last 15 mins it discounted 18% then recovered to the high price as soon as the buying returned!!!!

Thats me watching for a big drop in this mid ocean storm... If it works I'll share the info.

  • happens every day - no trading for an hour or so.

  • Kitco and bullion Vault show a 5 hrs flat line, must just be me not noticing.

    Thanks

  • na its not that long - its about 1 hour a day.

must be a data feed problem - one site has platinum at $14.50 an ounce at the moment ;)

  • I'm not greedy, put me down for 10million.

  • WEPollock aka Warren is awesome and i just left a comment only seconds ago that hes one of my favorite channels. Kdenninger is brillinat too but hasnt done a video in ages. He does have a blog however so check him out.

You cant argue with facts and statistics, and with a good few channels on youtube like that it makes the "bulls" seem very foolish.

  • good video keep it up

  • Another great vid, John. I like your use of charts - it makes it very clear what you're saying. Go silver!

  • I think I am the only Dollar bull left on the planet.

Some day in the next 12 months, when the parabolic Gold train stops moving, I will short Gold.

  • Sentiment is so negative on the dollar that I even almost feel ashamed to say that I am dollar bull.

  • The dollar is a mortally wounded beast headed for the slaughterhouse but.....im with you. I think the dollar and the powers that be have another trick up their sleeve. They may manipulate the hell out of the dollar and make metals plummet.

  • I disagree with you.

Credit is imaginary money created on the assumption that it will be paid back. when people realise that it will not be paid back.

There is possible 100 trillion + of credit but ony 2 trillion in cash.

Much of the credit is going to be chasing the 2 trillion USD in circulation in the next cycle.

  • Nuanceqwest is back! I think we last spoke at gold $1050 and Silver $16.50

  • Well, Even I will admit that the dollar getting pancaked yesterday was frightening for a dollar bull like me. I was too ashamed to even comment, but Dubai gave me the confidece to speak.

You gotta give credit to the buck though, it's the bloody terminator

I'm just waiting to the Gold parabolic to come down.............. have you ever seen a boeing 747 go up vertically? Right, it cannot end without causalties.

Wont touch it now, but a shorting opportunity will arise.

  • In my opinion - much of yesterdays trading was on extremely light volume (being a holiday).

Yes, the dollar is not in freefall - it is holding up better than expected.

Yes, there will be dollar rallies, spikes in the market etc etc... some severe ones... but forget about any long term recovery of the dollar when the printing required to service just the debt alone is out of control.

loll... here we are again ;)

  • Simple question,

Why couldnt they print, distibute and get the people to spend the money fast enough in September and october 2008?

  • i get it - i understand where you are coming from.... i just disagree with your end result.

Once the dust settled - what did the dollar do?

If there is another blowup and the dollar spikes why would the dollar come out stronger at the end of it?

It didnt the first time, but the second time you think it will?

Isnt that the definition of insanity - doing the same thing twice expecting a different outcome?

  • Actually it did.

If you look at the dollar, people are more negative on the dollar now than a year ago and it was at 72?

If the dollar was dead surely it should be below 72 before people start talking because it was dead at 72.

  • it took years to get to 72 from previous highs before that.

since march its been an orderly selloff.

no panic yet (which i did think would come)

but until the dollar bottoms - you cant say it came out better.

  • Im pretty sure the dollar is bottoming, If it can rebound from a full 1% pounding the next day than I am confident in it for sure.

And the dollar is gonna work its way through commodities slowly and surely.

Check out the panic other carry trade currencies........this shit is scary if you are in the wrong trade.

  • best traders in the world don't try and pick bottoms... I suggest you dont try and pick them either.

A reversal, in my opinion is around 80 on the index.

I think that was our bet wasnt it? that it would hit 72 before it hit 80? cant remember

  • yeah and if we hit 72 for sure no one will use the buck to wipe themselves.

I disagree with trying to pick tops and bottoms, depends no what type of trader you are and what risk management system you use.

If you are not leveraging you should try to pick tops and bottoms because that is where the greatest profit is to be had.

  • you can disagree all you like - but the fact remains only the suckers try and pick bottoms/tops. the traders with all the money are the ones that make 50% of the move in between.

the only thing you end up with when bottom picking is a smelly finger ;)

I assume then you've tried to pick the bottom a few times on the way down... how much have you lost doing that?

If you take one bit of advice from my channel, dont try and pick reversals - it doesnt pay.

  • Im no that type of trader.I use systems for low risk entry points. I could even short the buck at times believe it or not.

If i was not using leverage, I would've been steadily buying dollars for the last 3 months averaging down. But I am not a billionaire yet so it is not possible.

  • Look at the Yen !!! Gosh.

Now you can see why they suspended trading in London.

Light volume is coz Americans could only trade online. This move is freaking scary

  • Dollar is going to have a massive rally as all the credit is dissolved.

This is the biggest amount of proportionate credit issued in the history of mankind.

  • Isnt that what I just said?? I said the dollar will be manipulated and metals would fall. If dollar has "massive rally" then commodities must fall in price.

  • I disagree in that the move will be permanent, or at least for 5-10 years.

It will not be short term/

  • American exceptionalism is very dillusional. Be careful! I am an American and I don't believe America is all mightly and all powerful to the point that it can do what it wants now. Its power is diminishing and the world is moving away from its dollar as the worlds reserve currency. America is deeply in debt and imports more much than it exports. It is more financial than physical. How much longer will the world accept a country that simply prints money to buy real things?

  • Yup reaching for the dollar during a crisis right now is like two people drowning next to eachother in panic trying to grab the other for safety.

  • I agree with that bro.

  • Comment removed

  • ignore my last, silver down .85 in the last 24 hours. Gold down only like 13bucks. But when NY opens? what now....

  • doing a vid tonight... 1 of 2 reasons - or maybe both.

  • You are on it bro, thanks. I may have to take some profits on my metal if need be.

  • why? unless you need the cash - thats a big call to make!

  • Im a little concerned at the global reaction by dumping commodites in large volume like that. You dont see a domino effect? I read that CITI bank lent Dubai 8 billion after it got 25 billion in bailouts.

  • I put a link on your Facebook

  • Just like there was a mania about Gold, I am putting on my mania for the buck.

US could still be the strongest after this crisis, it is quite possible.

I think if we break out into a new bull market, America loses its power, but if not and we got back into a panic. America will lose but the rest of the world will lose more.

  • Nuanceqwest, That's possibly the dumbest thing I've heard in a while. How in the world do you envision the US climbing out of this with over $65 trillion in debt and a net worth of -$1.5 trillion/year? The dollar is completely destroyed and there is nothing stopping it. America consumes 20% of the world's resources but produces just 5% and we are a 70% consumer economy with over $14 trillion in personal debt and no manufacturing base. LMAO!!!!!!

  • the dollar might be rallying because of the thanksgiving holiday here. a day w/o the fed printing and spending is a breather. we're not buying or selling. tomorrow is another day!

  • Got this from the Star tribune" Already there has been unconfirmed talk in the markets that the Swiss National Bank has intervened to buy dollars to prevent the export-sapping appreciation of the Swiss franc."

  • Comment removed

  • yea soon as I upload the video the dollar rallies ;)

So far - the only news to offer any reasoning for that is dubai may be defaulting on their debt! at least - thats what bloomberg implies.

could be an interesting night - i am hoping silver can stay strong above 1830/40 - anything lower than that may force a lot of selling.

  • JOhn, looks like more bailouts to me, more printing.

  • Mangoes are great, try to buy organic.

  • Yep, ya gotta love mangoes, silvers not bad either, lucky Australia has sufficient of both:)

  • Gold was last $1,193.00. Silver can't remain behind much longer as it's so much cheaper. Gold is sought after by the big money. Gold's high price will bring in more smaller players that will tend to go for silver. That's my own guess.

BTW, just pickup a Postie Bike cheap. Oil will be over $100 by the spring. Besides, it's plain o'fun.

  • good news

  • Hey John, on an unrelated topic...I hear racism has really gone wild in Aussieland. Whats the real story out there?? Is the television really pushing the race card?? Out here, the issue of race and immigration are hot topics and most people dont seem to see that the media is molding our minds and using the immigration issue to channel our focus in that direction. Is it the same there??

  • i wouldnt say its a dominant issue here... there is racist elements (like everywhere) but I wouldnt say anything is out of control (i.e. worse than normal)

  • It's not so much a race problem,it's more of a culture problem, particularly when the general tolerance for immigrants is mistakenly seen by some groups of immigrants as a weakness in'Aussies'that they despise and exploit, and white Australians are becoming increasingly disturbed with how their generosity to let some of these people come and live here and escape the hell holes that many of them have come from,is being repaid with resentment towards their culture, beliefs and prosperity imo

  • Where did you find that information?? The media?? Do you know the issue of immigration is arising all over the world now?? Immigration, in America, works in cycles. Every 30-40 years the previous waves prosper and move up in the world so the lower ranks need replenishing. An immigrant scare also happens every 30-40 years and if you look closely it always precedes an economic downturn. What im saying is, it seems to me a political weapon. The govt is behind the immigrant scare.

  • Nah,the media here tends to play down any rumors of'tensions'.Both my parents are english, and I was born in New Zealand and am an Australian citizen,I live in a Sydney suburb called Bankstown, with a very high Asian and Lebanese(both Muslim and Catholic)population,I've worked and talked with them everyday for years now,as well as'Aussies'too of course,so my view is based on first hand experience.

  • How you ask?? Well if I were a politician, and I knew there were going to be a lot of unsatisfied people out there who may boot me out of office, I might try and channel their anger/frustrations in another direction. Possibly to the immigrant communities who cant help themselves. That would provide the perfect scapegoat to keep me reelected as I pretend to fight immigration to keep my seat in office. England now is suffering from the same. Canada too. Just a political witch hunt.

  • Any immigrant that goes to any country must assimilate that country's culture. If any immigrant is trying to bring their culture to whatever host country, they may as well as stayed in their own country. The USA has a problem with the Mexicans in this regard. It is understandable how the Aussies feel.

  • The thing that most'Aussies'I speak to have trouble understanding,is why a few of these cultures find it so hard to at least appreciate 'Aussie'culture(if not totally integrate),as being the culture that created such a great country as Australia, which is why they wanted to come here in the first place, but when they get here, they have disdain for Australian beliefs, and lifestyle, and don't stop to consider the fact that it is their culture and values that resulted in the nightmares they fled from

  • West Australia (the source of most of Australia's iron and gas resources) has about 30% of its population that were not born in Australia !!!!

  • But the biggest contingent is the English/Irish diaspora - who are generally alcoholic hooligans. Australia has a HUGE problem at the moment with alcohol fueled public disorderliness and violent assault. Thank god guns are illegal here or the death toll would dwarf the USA (per capita).

[And im not being racist - i am partly English/Irish stock myself. Just stating the facts.]

  • JP Morgan is shorting Silver like an MF. It will break out once more people understand what's going on. Maybe once they're homeless they'll get it... Who knows.

  • As long as all of us keep buying silver and more people jump in, this will deplete JPMorgans inventory as they will have no more physical silver to use to bring down prices.

  • Silver is mostly a paper market. Therefore easily manipulated. JP Morgan is using paper derivatives to short Silver, not physical. What people need to do is buy as much physical as possible while they can. It's a vote of no confidence in the currency and will help get the ball rolling.

  • Where did you get that information?? Where do I find it??

  • Search Ted Butler and King World News. Listen to his weekly metals wrap interviews from 11/13 & 11/20.

  • What do you think of the general markets?

  • booooring ;)

  • Great vid John thanks again!

    Bacon is meat candy

  • bacon?

  • Shouldnt we be talking about turkey?

  • honeydew is the money melon

  • go long on silver and honeydew!

  • Exciting and scary times!! Looks like the jump we've all be waiting for is about to happen. :)

    Thanks for the update sir!

  • and thank you for watching madam

  • 5 stars for spelling mangoes correctly and incorrectly in one sentence!

  • hahaha ;) did i - oh well - ill leave it if it gets me 5 stars ;)

  • ya maungeos good in yogurts too

  • Yes John, certainly looks and feels like the bull run has started. And if it has, it could be the bull run of the century for metals!

If this isn't it, it's the biggest fakeout I've seen yet.

Thanks for linking to my Baxter/Moshe/Ukraine video! :)

  • Could you post a link or names of the 3 channels you mentioned at the end of vid - I can't find them.

    Thanks

  • Look in the "more info" box to the right.

  • silver is up ~65% vs the usd, however its only up ~40% vs aud can't wait for the aud to get weak lol

  • 85% out of dollar

    long parsanips

  • Nice to see that the building pressure in the fuel tanks is finally ready to push SILVER TO THE MOON!

We've all been so patient, and now we're beginning to see some reward for that patience. But even a trip to the moon takes time, so we need to be patient a while longer, and see how high silver (and gold) gets!

    Keep on stackin'! =^[.]^=

  • it better happen soon - im under real pressure from the mrs to "get a real job instead of this waiting for the moon launch crap".

It's excruciating - I subscribe to the Robert Kiyosaki school that jobs are slavery and have been steadfastly avoiding one - but it's hard to explain how the system works to the mrs - she just dont care for the details.

    God it's hard! ;(

  • @mallamoozoo

Think of a job (if you can even get one, these days) as a way to cover expenses while you wait for the Moonshot in PMS. That way, you have money in your pocket, so you don't have to liquidate your PMs prematurely. =^[.]^=

  • Thanks John!

  • do you see a correction in commodities any time soon? or money contraction of another dow crash?

  • my vid "the dow has crashed" kinda answers this.

as for commodities - i am more bullish on them than the dow!

  • mango's grow in australia?

  • do they grow anywhere else? ;)

  • ya central america has the best, especially the small yellow ones

  • u have mango trees? what else good grows in australia?

  • we have mango trees yes.... as for other food stuff - um - maybe google can help more than the YT comments section ;)

  • thats the best having your own mango and fruit trees

as for silver it will go over 100/ounce before the bull is over

  • Australia grows everything! Chances are the fruits people get in their off seasons in the Northern Hemisphere come from here! Which reminds me, when in Queensland next month I should gorge on some mangoes, bananas, pineapples and lychees :D

  • australia grows all those fruits? man im moving there

  • Not by boat from Indonesia i hope?

  • hahah no, canada.. its too cold here

  • Thanks John and Happy Thanksgiving to you and the Fam.

  • thank you - likewise

  • if the dollar keeps going down -- the bull market has to start - I dont know how bad things will be if the index is at 70 or 65 but you have to remember a lot of other countries are devaluing their currencies also- its all paper money its all crap and it all fails

  • im looking for more than just an inverse relation to the dollar - im looking for a bull market in silver itself (regardless of what the dollar does)

much like gold is trading now

the dollar fiasco will just add fuel to the bull tho

  • Do commodities move up faster and faster on a percentage basis? In other words, from 5-10 dollars is 100%, but 16-18 is only 15%. Seems like the bull run should move up exponentially.

  • exponential is possible with the metals given the monetary increase is exponential

  • Go Silver!

  • yee-har!

  • Sri Lanka bought 10 ton of gold + India eyeing up another 20 TON from the IMF.

    So much going on lol

    Mango & Rice hmmmmm

  • Sri lanka is big news... India wants more... russia, china, germany, swiss, all gold bulls.

    things heating up

  • sorry mate I forgot your stars I know you like em lol

    5✬✬✬✬✬

I am actually feeling nervous about this Bull.

    BUCKLE UP :o)

  • Wepollock has some great videos I started watching them about 5 days ago-- DavinciJ15 is always good too

  • wepollock is da man ;)

  • yeah he is he called the whitehouse good stuff - and he was respectful - its good to find people like you vision victory and wepollock- it has to be hard work to keep up with everything and make videos

  • What's up with the Illuminati pyramid at the beginning? LOL good vid. I've seen the resistance of a channel become new support for a new channel. Silver is going higher from here. Happy Thanksgiving mate.

  • lol sometimes a triangle is just a triangle ;)

    happy thanksgiving to you too

  • Solid info John. I got the heads up from davinci concerning eagles late last night.

Went on my lunch break today to pick up some tubes. No such luck. Two local coin shops here in SanDiego, CA were all sold out. Bought 4 oz at one shop and 4 oz. At another. Both shops said supply is thin!

  • kewl videos mate. thanx for your insight.

  • thanks for listening - keep stacking

  • Dollare Devaluation in September 2010-Bob Chapman-information came out on 25 Nov. 2009

  • why wait - its happening now ;)

  • Made my move on silver a few weeks back. When I heard that Warren Buffett had spent 34 billion cash to buy a railroad, it made me move out of my comfort zone. I realized that he probably was in the know that the dollar was in serious trouble and impending collapse and was looking for tangible assets to park his money. I wouldn't have had the courage to do so without listening to guys like you. I appreciate it very much.

  • yea that was an inflation play on buffetts behalf for sure.

  • Mangoes are awesome! Ever tried an Alphonso mango? :D

  • Thanks for the update and suggestions.

  • Also from Texas, and giddy about a spike upward over the past hour. Didn't think we would break Gold 1200 until next week, but it may even be there by the time I wake up tomorrow on news that India's central bank is going to buy what the IMF has left.

  • From Texas, thank you for this informative update!

  • I am from Texas also !!!
