whilst I thought this good, choreography in kitchen is excellent, it's not actually very believable....DV is nasty, brutish and an underlying threat at all times...this doesn't really come across..perhaps some Contact Impro session beforehand and a choregrapher who's survived...like me?!
It saddens me to read this. It almost sounds like you're still somewhat making excuses for his behavior. No one causes an abuser to lash out. I hope that with time your spirit heals and you become a happier woman in the end.

The man and the couch "seat swapping" is odd. The speed of the attacks need attention. Good choice on music, and actors but I feel this lacked emotion. Even if this is an agustic film, a grunt and a sigh can go a long way. Keep up the good work if this is your production.
