awesome video, but missions is so much more than just short-term mission trips to Mexico or wherever. I think our traditions of doing those have made us confused of what "missions" is. Also, we like to use the verse about the harvest being plentiful but the workers are few. Great Work! I am part of a group called Operacion Hogar that build houses in Juarez as well. Due to the past violence many groups have stopped coming, but the need for help has not decreased. @hollywood251 I don't know about others, but when I "go" on a missions trip, I do not "force others" to accept my faith. I simply show love. When they ask why I'm re-building their home, giving them food, clothing, medicine, etc. then I answer, "Because Christ gave it to me. He loves you, and so do I." If they wish to know more, I share. God opens doors and hearts. I do not force them down. But if someone opens it, I try to walk through it.

@Darusdei Sorry for not replying so quickly. In the book of Hebrews, chapter 13, verse 8, "Jesus the same yesterday, and today, and forever". that being said, I'm sure his very word is the same. It doesn't matter if it has been translated or if there's so many versions, it's still God's living word. If it's not translated than how can God reach out to everyone? Hypothetically even if a verse has been tweaked from the original meaning, it's still God's will that something like that has happened.

We also spray our gardens of chemicals that kill unwanted insects that destroy our crops, but at the same time kill lady bugs that eat these unwanted insects like aphids. We kill animals just for their furs so we can make money.

This is not to completely deny the existence of Jesus, which I find extremely unlikely, but I do not see how something likely Christianity described as so perfect and righteous to be so perfect and righteous when it is flawed.

The events of Mount Sinai, The Exodus of the Jews, the ancient Jewish town of Nazareth, etc are all fictional events. Archeologists have done extensive digging on the area and there's no historical evidence what the bible described took place. It's ironic isn't it. We can show you that Moses never parted the Red Sea by showing that that the Jews weren't in Egypt as slaves at that time. I'm sure you're too deluded to notice a god who used to turn rivers to blood yet gives you no evidence now.

If you were to quarantine Christianity to rational thought and gave it no hereditary line to infect, then it would surely die off in the next 50 years. @hollywood251 I don't know about others, but when I "go" on a missions trip, I do not "force others" to accept my faith. I simply show love. When they ask why I'm re-building their home, giving them food, clothing, medicine, etc. then I answer, "Because Christ gave it to me. He loves you, and so do I." If they wish to know more, I share. God opens doors and hearts. I do not force them down. But if someone opens it, I try to walk through it.
