Can you show us how to move the sprays from the parchment to the cake without breaking them?

I believe if you freeze it..its sould be able to be transferable but im pretty sure you would want to re-pipe the buds and stems because since they are so small, they would fall apart easily.

my one melts away :( can someone tell me how they make the buttercream as mine just seems to melt away within few mins

You would actually make the roses separately -- see my other videos -- and then place them on the cake. What is being demonstrated here would be piped directly onto a cake.
