I believe if you freeze it..its sould be able to be transferable but im pretty sure you would want to re-pipe the buds and stems because since they are so small, they would fall apart easily.

You would actually make the roses separately -- see my other videos -- and then place them on the cake. What is being demonstrated here would be piped directly onto a cake.
