Miika was influenced by everything and nothing.

So its no surprise some songs might sound a little "Grungy". I think Miika was majorly influenced by Iron Maiden and Finnish folk music,classic rock,and Death Metal and why not,maybe even Grunge. Mourn is a good example of the little folk melodies/influences.
