I for one would like a breakdown of expenses down to the department without having to search the stimulus bill and previous budget cycles to determine how much a mouse gets.

Obama promised transparency but I guess he forgot to tell the senate.

He said he would put all bill on the Internet for 48 hour for public review and be open to public comments. So instead they locked the Republican out of the discussion and gave everyone 15 hours to review an 1100 page trillion dollar bill.
