In case you're still watching comments here, here's a question for you that I've been curious about.

The Journals. Were the players allowed to have their journals with them while taking the quiz?  I haven't quite been able to tell, sometimes it seems like they were able to, and sometimes it seems like they couldn't.

I believe the answer is yes for all seasons. I would have to go back to confirm for Seasons 1-4, but the latest one (with Craig and Nicole) definitely had a shot or two of the players taking the quiz with their journals nearby.

That's what I was thinking with 5 at least, but I know for the 3rd season, there was a bit at the reunion where Kathy talked about how after she did her quiz, would hurry back to her journal to jot down as many questions as she could remember. Maybe they changed it from season to season?

Great question re: parties - Nielsen ratings are determined by surveys and set boxes which record the viewing habits of a given demo. In reality, getting those people to watch the show will increase ratings. Who are they? How do you find them? Easiest way to penetrate is by word-of-mouth .. which is where the Mole parties come in.

Your 10 friends tell some friends who hang out at the water cooler and next thing you now - ratings uptick! The Mole escapes unscathed!

Great video, this should be a TV commercial! Just one question, how do Mole parties support ratings. The network only sees one hit even though we usually have 10-12 people at my friend's apartment watching.
