It allows your characters to do different attacks.

You instantly have it, you need to lv it up to use the different skills.

gc us is running out of things to release we alrdy have all 4 jobs for elesis, lire, ronan, arme, lass, soon to be ryan. we cant only release patches for jin and amy 0.o so i think this might be sooner than we expect. im guesing 4 months 0.o maybe 5

Philippines has only 3 Continents, as it is behind NAGC and TWGC, you will get the 4th Continent, it requires another update though. :)

For the cash skill tree are they about the same price as the cash skills in NAGC?

Hmm...good question, I haven't found any prices on there, and although I think one box said (100 GASH) I'm not sure that would be 1 cent. As they're lv 60 cash set is only 460 cash. Their cash system is completely different. If 460 is $4.60, then I'd assume that they are $10. Can't be sure though, could be something really weird for all I know.

i have learned that we are making better progress than Brazil and Korea. We have had it for 1 year and Korea has had it for 10 (so i've heard). Brazil has had it for 6 (also heard somewhere else). So we should have this sooner than we expect

Yes, our GC is moving the fastest, probably due to the ENOURMOUS amount of cashers compared to other Servers. More cashers, more programmers, more happy people, more cashers. lol
