when you throw the flash grenade at the tower that drops from the celing you can save a few seconds by instead using your rifle to shoot the chains while it`s dropping. I do it all the time.

holy shit! the way u beat those Knights was friggin awesome. I just tried it out myself and its a flawless strategy! The only con is that on Professional mode they're like 3 times faster when they march towards you.

no, this is played on normal mode, check the first segment. Besides, most of this chapter is blocked off in easy mode, as the pieces i collect are already in place in the wall(watch as i collect and place them in this segment), so i don't know why you would think this run, especially this segment, was played on easy mode.

When you press "start" and the red screen pops up, the timer stops. Any other menu screens, including weapons/treasure/map, merchant(including the one at the beginning of a round 2+ game), and text messages and cutscenes(with the exception of the credits and the end transmission) keep the timer running. Also, the timer stops at the conclusion of each chapter, BUT keeps running in the typewriter screen until the moment you AGREE to save, and starts again once you have saved. I Hope that helps!

i got the ps2 version but i got the butterfly lamp, elegant mask, gold bangle, illuminados pendant, mirror w/pearls & rubies, and the hourglass w/ gold decor, can i sell these or do i need these for something?

You can can sell all of those things, though the Butterfly Lamp and the Elegant mask can be combined with novistador eyes and gems, respectively, to up its value significantly. You can't sell anything you absolutely need, save for you weapons, and everything in the 'treasures' section can be safely sold.

No, I don't upgrade any of my weapons.  The SAR only works like that if you take some damage beforehand(hence why I don't dodge the second knight) and you get headshots(obv).

Your best bets are REmake(GC) then this. The other games were good, but these were my favorite, and will give you a taste of both the previous and new camera styles of Resident Evil.

As always, headshots are better than anything else, and shotgun blasts are more effective at close range(though that's tough for this part). If you are low on ammo, you can group them all together so the spray blasts at least two at a time. Other than that, you are on your own...I hope that helped...post back if you need more help.

use the BB to get they helms off then barrage with the TMP (not recommended) or use your riot gun for the first 3 who have Las Plagas Type 1 and use you magnum on the plagas an helms for the second wave cuz its Type 2 (head sucker) hope it helps ya. message me if it doesnt.

Hmm...i am stuck on the dragon-head room, i've tried everything to take those damn things down, but nothing seems to work...where might one aim to kill them, or do you have to use a flash grenade?

There are several methods.

1)Wait for him to shoot fire at you, then move to one side and take aim. One direct hit should take him out.

2)Above the dragons are 2 hooks. Take 1 out and he will fall.

3)Flash Grenade

Whenever I enter the flame room, I just walk until it triggers the dragon heads and then snipe 'em real quick before they get the chance to get me. Works very well. Although now, I don't even need to snipe 'em. Chicago Typewriter FTW. Although it sends my accuracy rating down to hell. x.x

It's quite simple. Stock up on TMP ammo, and shoot his legs. Dodge, shoot legs, go ape when he stumbles, repeat. It's really all there is to do there. And the Typewriter is worth every peta. Although at certain times, the inf. launcher works better. I.E. Regenerators. Dearl Lord I HATE Regenerators. They're not that bad battle-wise, (I'm a pretty sure shot) but they just scare the SHIT out of me for soemr reason.

Some things I didn't know about: shotting the red lights before you get in room the with the spike ceiling, and keeping Ashley out of the room with the battle of the knights. Simple things no doubt critical to this timed run.
