Great job.. I do the same, drink lots of water. I don't eat nearly as much as I did a month ago. I go to the gym 5 days a week, eat better and feel a lot better already. I'm at 235 down 10LBS. I will eventually post videos and pics on my profile.

Hi DrLemur. Dagwood dogs aren't as available in OZ as corndogs are in the USA. Usually a food sold at our Royal Shows eg: Brisbane Ekka, Sydney Royal, etc. usually wherever there is a hot food Van! Don't worry! you're not missing much! "Deep Fried, full of oil" But if you ever try one, make sure it's dipped in Tomato Sauce "Ketchup" Ohhhh! I'm salivatating at the thought. cheers :)
