Wow thanks for the side by side post. It seems the one on my right would be better and allow more flexability. Do you have a preference and are you seeing results?
@bernadius1234 Ummm - when going side to side on the one on the right, you're also supposed to be doing a crunch to get the obliques. The seat on the other one should also rotate to provide the same motion - it does on their website anyway:)
@bernadius1234 `well they both give you a great workout but the abglider is more for cardio and I find that it works the back and the arms more then the abs . so if you are looking for a suffcient ab machine go for the ab coaster but also combine your own cardio because to be on the coaster for 30 min is like asking for some severe hurting!!!!!!!!!!1
the ab coaster works great but after 10 you feeling the pain and that will last for like 3 days.
