Check out the other videos. It seems to be a 50-50 proposal, but when they're REALLY negative, they're really negative. Oh, by the way codenmdb, what I was pissed about was that I was actually about to buy but they kept giving me doctored contracts with completely different terms than what was original negotiated. Everything else I learned about Westgate came about later. All it takes is for a good man to stay silent for evil to survive... and I won't shut up like you would like.
