MIRV is in an armory where a lot of weapons are found. find all five keller family tapes then you can enter. the location is like national guard armory or something like that. search "secret armory fallout 3"

As much as I would like it to be a throwback to Fallout 1, those "robes" are really just a sun-dress on the body of a pre-war citizen. You'll find skeletons wearing those things all over if you look closely enough.

yeah, the purple is just a blue outfit faded by years of being "worn". It's not really purple robes, as a matter of fact, the majority of them I think are faded Vault suits, or Blue blouses and skirts for women.

You need schematics, some of it can be buyable, then you need the items to make one, and a work table, which isn't so hard to find, then the condition can be better if you have more than 1 schematic, of a maximum of 5 schematics a gun can be used to create a weapon

You can find a crutch in the Robco factory. The broken bow in Rivet City is a death trap.

you'll need schematics, you got get one from beating the quest "Stealing Independence" or bying one. You'll then need A crutch, a pressure cooker and a steam gauge assembly which can all be found in the homes at the "Minefield" as well as a fission battery which can be found on most robots.

also you can find them in most garages or places where they do maintanece such as a sewage plant or a eletrical place.

hey, modmurdock, you can get charon in the underworld by either buying his contract for 1000-2000 caps or killing greta for the bartender who currently holds charons contract. once greta is dead, the bartender gives you charons contract, and you become his "contractor"
