"FAN sites" they're websites made by fans and generally have no modderation therefore anyone could say what they want on them and it would stay there... if you had got you're info from a website with UGC modderated by SEGA for example then fair enough... but i highly doubt it... hold on that gives me an idea! copy and paste the link for the website you got u're info from and i'll look into it
