@itsStephanie93 it's really hard to tell from my post op video to now, but in person it looks a lot different. My nose was broken, straightened, I had cartilage taken out of the tip, sides, and my nostrils are smaller.

Im an week 2 right now, and am a bit concerned because my tip and nostrils still look a bit fat. I'm hoping this will go down over time...can you confirm that your nose continued to get smaller after week 2?

@Lieonar You really just have to wait it out. Makeup will cover some of your bruising, but the swelling will take a while.

@TheMistahk Yes, they use anesthesia during the surgery. Nothing about my rhinoplasty hurt, it's just really uncomfortable. Good luck!

I started it because my parents live in VA and I live in NY so I was making it basically for them to see how I was doing since they weren't here with me. A lot of people vlog about their rhinoplasty though, and I think it's great to be able to see what to expect.

@HannahTheBrave It probably took me 3 months to be completely normal. It's hard to get used to breathing from your nose/blowing your nose again after the surgery.

@1LilMegz Thanks. I get my hair colored about every month & a half, and this was filmed right when I got home from getting it done. It looks a lot lighter right after I get it done, and then it fades out a bit.

how did you manage to clean your pores by other than washing the face?

i got my cast removed 9 days ago and my pores are still dirty and i hate it and my nose is still swollen and i still have marks under my eyes! :(

@cadburyx3 I washed my face a lot, and I used Biore Pore Strips. (You can find them anywhere really) I just basically used the pore strips and tried to keep it as clean as possible. It took a while. It will go away eventually as well as your bruising and swelling. :)

@cadburyx3 No. I would not suggest this at all. When I first got my cast off my pores were very dirty and really really gross. It was also very swollen, so I wouldn't suggest putting makeup on it for a few days after the cast is off.
