i would reccomend trying the Artistry Essentials Anti-blemish creme its a bit stronger for preventing breakouts.

yes this system does help prevent breakouts in the sense that it keeps your skin clean. However it your having breakouts during pms and this has been happening consistently it seems like your breakouts are caused by hormones. in which case your day to day skin care wont help.
