Good presentation. I would add that SOAP supports fine-grained authZ based on the content of a WS-Security header (e.g., through an XACML conversation). REST is an all-or-nothing proposition, SOAP is a lot more fine-grained and flexible. But as you said, they both have their use. In the enterprise, though, I'd go with SOAP.
