The rabbits are the common chinese people, the tigers are the political elite class.

The song is a new interpetation of an old chinese childrens song.

The milk delivered in the beginning, is referring to the "2008 Chinese milk scandal".

Then follows more examples of the corruption of the Chinese elite, and the" little white rabbits" keep suffering....Until they have had enough!

This is a call for revolution in China 2011...

As they say in the song, even a rabbit can bite ;)
