This is the deal on Bobby: After a period of time, he couldn't sing the hook to this song "livge" in the original key. This whole thing is lip-synced. Even if Bobby was there, he'd SURELY have to lip-sync. I never did like his voice, but the tracks on his solo album was cool...anyone could've sang his shit.

Thanks 4 Posting. This was 12/31/85. They performed "Mr. Telephone Man" which was in the countdown for 85 and they also performed "Count Me Out" later on in the show. Whitney Houston hosted this. Bobby was out of the group at this time. NE 4 Life!

He was still friends with Ralph at the time so Ralph gave him the greenlight on the hump and the moves that he did at the time.
