In 1998 (I think,its in one of his programmes)gordan was asked to cook a dish for a bunch of industry people and use a bramley apple in a sort of promotion.What Gordan done was he used a granny smith apple instead and the people diden,t notice and it was THEIR product he was promoting.also isan,t gazpacho supposed to be served cold.

I am from Spain and never in my entire life have I seen HOT COOKED GAZPACHO, its ridiculous!! It takes away the whole point of Gazpacho, wich is to be served really cold in the summer!

Its like serving Sashimi after you passed it through a Pan, its not sashimi anymore!!!
