My response to owning a Bengal - don't do if you already have cats. How odd that I rescued 2 Bengals, with both of them unfriendly and not tolerant. An ideal pet is not the Bengal. I have always had siamese type cats, which are the smartest cat. My male Tonk is terrified of my male Bengal! Why?? Anytime, Charlie wants to run, the male runs after him and
terrorizes him. To the male Bengal, my Charlie is only prey since he is running. Never would I own another Bengal. Do your homework.
@janetlw I'm sorry you had that experience, but I rescuing cats is hit and miss. Rescuing a pet sometimes means they were abused/traumatized with their previous owners. You cannot judge the breed alone.
I've had two bengals since they were kittens and they are increadibly loving, docile and bright. The entire neighbourhood calls them the 'dog-cats', because they're so agreeable and social. Stereotyping a breed of cat is the same as saying Brazilian people are smarter than French people.

My Bengal's name is Buddy and he is just awesome! I really enjoyed this video -- the gal knows her bengals quite well. She isn't kidding when she says that they are very active and intelligent cats that can be prone to boredom. If you are considering one, you MUST give the cat play and attention. Otherwise things WILL get broken! Even at that, things may still get broken. Buddy likes to push things off of the countertops. I had to switch from glass to plastic drinking cups!
@mooncat1965 He also loves toys that dispense kibble/cat treats. I never see him eat dry food from the bowl -- he eats from the toys instead. (Don't buy these, make them. I find that empty vitamin bottles work best. Just cut a hole in the side big enough for the treat to drop out.) He does like to cuddle, but he decides when it is cuddle time and he won't be picked up. He loves elastic hair ties, his mylar streamers on a wand, and socks. He loves the hunt, stalk, kill sequence when playing.
@mooncat1965 He is VERY different than any other cat I've ever owned in just about every way. You can definitely see that wild influence! I absolutely love him to death and have plans to give him a bengal playmate one of these days. I have 2 other domestic short hairs, but they don't understand Buddy. He thinks he is playing, they think he is a pest LOL. If you have never had a cat before you might not want to start with a bengal, but once you have one you will be sold on them forever!
If anyone out there knows a Bengal behavior, pls let me know. I do play hard w/them. My lazer lite works, but it is kind of mean. After I am finished playing, I slowly shine it under the sofa and then it disappears. Does anyone think that a little down the road I can take in another cat? It would break my heart if I died first because no one-no one can honestly spoil them like I do. I so love my feline/personality of a Tonkenese. Next cat will be from the local shelter. Sorry I ranted on to U
The Bengal spotted male is totally focused on anything around him and then pounces. He is always jumping up to the top rim of a door to mess with my head.
Yes, there are a few signs, showing that he is not our normal day-to-day cat. Forever on the move. As 1 person said, check out the lineage and his behavior when picking one out. Very little shedding, unless WW3 starts. Honestly, I am totally in love with 2 of my 3 cats. My Charlie and My Little Lucy, marbled. I love them all so much.
My marbled Little Lucy has fur of silk and very gorgeous. She starts this game herself. She wants to play "Hide & Sneak" and getting the game very well. She hates to be picked up. I do, though. I quietly tell her I am going count to three to pick her up at #3 - 1--2--3 and she gets pick up. I sit on a chair with her. I am still not too crazy about walking around with her. I feel so terribly sad that Mr Big Shot Bengal thinks he can just jump on my boy. Aha-the spray bottle.
I promise, last comment. If this seems familar, pls write me. I am now seeing a little
more aggressiveness in Charlie, daring "Bully Boy" to jump him. There is nothing that I wouldn't do for my feline friends. It took the older one, BB, 3 yrs to warm up to us. Now, great, he is a wild lap cat. I am so patient with my Little Marbled female. She loves me, follows me, gets into everything, but at the end of the day, she & Sir Charles sleep together in our bed. I feel honored!

Read this starting 2 comments down. Leave it to us girls to solve problems. This little queen bee of 6-7 lbs and 1 1/2 yr old is totally whipping the male Bengal if he even looks at Charlie wrong. Thank goodness. We had to put Toby, 16 yr siamese down in June-problems became more frequent. Over the summer, my beautiful! Charlie started chewing & pulling out his fur. He is 100% human oriented from many yrs, some say to 1700's of being domesticated. When did the Bengal enter our world-1970-80's?
If one wants a cat or two for companionship, keep the count down-3 at the very most.
If there are more cats, it is their nature to bond more with their own kind, even though
they are sweet to their human owners. Makes sense to me. So, now my 2 siameser's are gone, leaving 5 yr Charlie, Tonk and 3 yr male Bengal. The Bengal is taking over the alpha male role and jumps my Tonk. Last yr we were asked to take a 6wk female, marbled Bengal, much like the one in the picture.
I've always had siamese cats from childhood to now at 63 yrs old. My 21 yr old Lynx, Tigger, died 2 yrs ago. Way too sad! He was the best grandpa whenever a new cat came into our home. We were given a male tabby bengal kitten who was taken from his mother way too soon. My 2 siamese males and 1 Tonkiense were great with the Bengal, who did not turn out to be a great specimen for the breed. It's fine since we were just wanting to give this cat a good home, and we did. So now we have 4 males.
Also, we realize we overpaid for them but we saw a LOT of bengal kittens and we wanted a strikingly wild appearance in them. We didn't think the show bengals were wild enough looking and some of them were priced as high as $4500. We ended up dishing out $6000 each for our bengals and couldn't be happier with our purchase.
I've got 3 Bengals...F1 Bengals to be exact. They took a little while to adjust to our home and family when they were kittens, but they are thoroughly domesticated now. Our bengals look much closer to an actual asian leopard, and have been mistaken for being leopards by guests. They are super hyper, super smart, very vocal (they don't sound like a regular house cat at all) and love taking showers and going for dips in our pool.
The entire neighbourhood likes my Bengal. That's what it means when they say "your cat comes into my kitchen and talks to me" - isn't it? Seriously, she's great, very affectionate, but she doesn't like travelling in the car. I think that's because it takes her to the vet.
She says they don't need much grooming but let me tell you, my two Bengals have huge meat hooks that grow from their paws! If I don't clip them often they can really scratch you when they don't mean to.
My brother has a 30-pound Bengal named Jackson. He's a chatterbox and one of the coolest cats around - the neighbors have commented that he's very outgoing.
Bengals are fabulous cats indeed... but not all of them love the car, not all of them love water, and some are born vocal! I have 4 and each one is uniquely different! They are very high energy cats, and the also high maintenance. Don't think that because it's a cat, you can leave them alone with food for a weekend, you will have problems!
Very affectionate cat, hyper, great personality, love water, loud though, they shed alot even though this video says it doesn't, very smart, great jumper, and gets these hyper crazy moods
just my experience with MY bengal...she is very very affectionate with me...follows me whenever i leave the room etc. but not as affectionate with my wife or kids.not that she is mean to them...just not as affectionate. i read in a book about them once that they tend to pick out only ONE person as "theirs" and that seems to be the case with mine. like i said not mean to everyone else but she is definately "my" cat..or more likely "I" belong to "her"
My Bengal is the sweetest boy I have ever meet, he has never once tried to bite or scratch me. Although, he can get feisty and go into "wild cat" attack and pounce mode and I feel like I have a real leopard stalking me!! LOL! At 10 lbs, he is solid muscle and just a joy!! I would reccomend them to anyone who wants to be entertained and spend lots of quality time with it.
Bengals are not for everyone. They are very sensitive and they need patience and understanding. At that worst they will terrorise other cats so be careful. A bad one will kill another cat. Introduce a new Bengal slowly into a group. If the new cat is showing aggression keep it caged for a couple of weeks in central part of the home where the other cats can interact and smell it without danger. once ok with all let out. They are very intelligent and independent but many are rehomed.
Better some waht older childern like 10 or up because younger ones wil go ok most of the time but childeren have a tendensy of not lock doors and leafe stuf laying around, and if pickt on a bengal wil not run as fast as she says, the are powerful atlethic engeretic cats whit special needs, lots of playing and climbing places
I'm not sure I agree with Jansonmedia's opinion on Bengals being good with children. I have older children, age 10 to 17, and my female bengal will bite them seemingly just to keep them in line, i.e. below her in her social hierarchy. In my research before I bought one, I found several advertisements for adult bengals needing a new home, "without children". I should have listened. I love my Bengal, but be warned, and do the research.
@ipodgirl95 > They are very outgoing, but my Rose (10½ year old) has an issue: She hates cats and dogs, but have learned to tolerate my other cats. I don't have any expierences myself with a bengal and other animals (besides cats) - but of what I've heard they can live together; but mind that the Bengal won't get borred ;)
@JessieRavenblade > The bengal at the movie clip is a "Marble tabby" and are one of the color-schemes. The other is the leopard spottet, as my Rose are
@ITYuri Thanks! I sure hope so ^^ He's a F5 male, named Silverstone Aidan. He have lots of spots and jetblack markings, and have a gorgeous profile. He's the biggest in his litter, acording to the breeder, so i'm sure he'll grow up to be a big boy.
i really love bengals. tried to own one.. but i'm from SIngapore. there are owners who offer me their kittens, but i think most of them are scam... cos they claim they are from singapore, but have to work in an african country...and want me to pay the fees for shipping.. haiz.... anyone have a bengal kitten? :(
I live in the Nederlands, so a buyed my bengals (i have two) at a cattery in the Neterlands. I had to pay € 900 for two and that's very cheap! Because normal you have to pay € 750 for one.
Expensive! I think there are a lot of fake cattery's? We also have fake cattery's, they ask money to transport the kittens to your country and if you do that, you never see a kitten ofcouse so you've lost your money. My kittens are 13 weeks, they arrived yesterday haha.
hahaha yes, me either. But I thought it was really sad to transport a kitten with a plane. And there are no normal cattery's? Because buying in a petshop can be dangerous, because a lot of petshops don't take care of the kitten (in the Netherlands)
Unlike you shallow bastards, I see value in lives other than human. In fact, I usually see LESS value in human lives due to all the ignorance and voluntarily bad caused.
oh my. you are so arrogant that you think you have the authority to judge the value of life. on your own arbitrary terms, of course. and you even go as far as to call others ignorant and shallow, how very misguided. i feel for you, really, i do.
that i have to explain myself further should be enough to demonstrate how you are misguided, no quotation marks necessary. you said it yourself: you apply value to life. as if that alone isn't enough, you do it based on what you determine "good" or "bad," or "enlightened" versus "ignorant." you take for granted the idea that you even have the right or ability to define those terms, but you're willing to go even further and judge the worth of other living things. against yourself, i'm sure. sigh.
A friend of mine, used to breed them and yes they are fairly expensive. Usually around $1000, this is because the bengal usually only has one to two kittens and they are prone to being still born and possibly having complications, so therefore each healthy baby is precious and worth a lot. Other then that they are sweet, most are'nt super affectionate, more indepent it but it can depend on the individual cat and how it was raised, and they love water! :)
Haha no problem. Well I have always owned siamese cats, they are a bit like dogs aswell, and usually not as much money. They are suuper affectionate and will want to sleep on you and follow you, kind of like a dog, and most come when they are called. But they are VERY vocal, to the point of howling, which I have to admit, I love. You can talk to them and they always meow back. :)
They look very cute but I must say I have a thing for wild cat fur, like leopards or cheetahs. However it looks like for the near feature I may get a siamese cat first since they do have an adorable face.
That's great, a siamese is a great cat to own in my opinion, we are getting a siamese kitten in November, they were just born in September. If you go to my page, I believe my latest video has the photos of the newborn kittens with their mom Zoe! :) I hope you enjoy, and best of luck with the cat situation! Have a nice day. :)
Hmm... that's sad. It's also very nontypical. Your friend's cat must have been either abused or simply neglected as a kitten... it can happen to any breed. My Bengal Madeleine is so loving... she's almost obsessed with me. =) I have never seen a cat more affectionate.
My Bengal was well socialized as a kitten, i know this because i visited him from 3 weeks old and and the breeders kept the kittens in the living area . Temprement wise he's not very affectionate doesn't like to be picked up and cuddled although he likes to curl up round my legs if i'm resting on my bed. He also comes rushinig to me if he's frightened! He is very determined to get he's own way. Bengals are a bit different . They can be demanding but having said that they are great animals.
I have a snow begal, we've nicknamed 'Avalanche' He is truly amazing!!!! He's brilliant, tolerant and VERY vocal!!! I absolutely LOVE for him to vocalize his feelings!!!! If you're interested in a kitty that constantly follows you around, socially dependent on you, enjoys your company, very much misses you while you're away and craves your attention all the time, the bengal is a true prize and privilege to experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was a really great video. Thanks for posting!
Bengals are catagorically my favourite cat. A friend of mine breeds them and i always love visiting. They are so at home amongst humans. In fact, i think some of them actually believe they are human! :)
These Bengal cats (one of which I have rescued, and talked to numerous veterinarians about) also have extensive health and behavioral problems (ie: very serious digestive issues, shorter lives, not using litter boxes, etc.). When humans interfere with nature they can cause detrimental effects to the animals themselves! Go to your SPCA or Humane society because those animals need love and good homes and they deserve it. Don't support breeders please! Be informed!
our bengal is hillarious, we named him bandito because he steals everyones food within 5 seconds. if you leave your plate to go refill your cup, BOOM, he takes off with something. He also howls all the time, and likes to play fetch which is also funny. we have measured his vertical jump at almost 4 feet, he has hops!
I think I have a Bengal I'm not sure it's brown white and black mixture it's weird and it's exactly like the Bengal it's very annoying and freaking smart...unfortunately it's obsessed with me it can't stand a moment without me it cries and sleeps ALL day then playful at night hard for me to sleep.......it also tries to type on my keyboard and trips out when I'm on the pc or playing video games it's kinda funny

One would be hard pressed to find a bengal by accident. Yours is not one, I'd venture to say. I've volunteered at shelters my whole life and I breed bengals as well. I've never once seen a missplaced 1000 dollar plus animal.
I have. I happen to volunteer for a shelter as well, and I've seen a few purebred Bengals in my time, two of which I have videos for on my channel. Some people just don't care about their cats, no matter how much they are worth monetarily..
@b1cc2 How many dollars do chihuahuas go for? I found one on a petrol station forecourt last summer. I looked around the site and could not find the owner.

ohh shit that the fuckin tiger cat yo, that shit aint no joke man that shit will rip your fuck'n heart out in front of you and show it to you b4 you die hell naw son my time is well spent here im out yo' peace
I used to raise ocicats; wonderful pets; and are my personal preferance of the 2 you have selected. only because there is no wild blood in the oci; they have less chance of some of the wild habits; playing in their water and being nocternal ( i like to sleep at night) so do the mature oci's. as kittens oh boy are they active. Leave your toilet paper within reach and it is confetti by morning....Have fun!
@bubbanelson474 i just got a bengal... shes actually fast asleep on me right now!! their wonderful!! try you r best to get a well socialized one though!! they are amazing kitties!! ive had Saya for a week now and she is unlike any other cat!! EVERYTHING she says in this video is true... ive seen it all!! she loves cars!
ocicats are pure domestics with none of the potential for temperament and digestive problems of the hybrid bengals; also ocicats, unlike bengals, pose no risk of genetically polluting either species
ocicats used to be pretty unremarkable but these days they pretty much match up to Bengals in terms of spotting quality
That's because it was bred with a tabby pattered cat. And this one in the vid is just a kitten. But the makings are much more distinct and uniform on a Bengal. With a purebred Bengal the differences are pretty obvious. Gues you have to own one to know.
PLEASE DON'T READ THIS you will die in seven days if you don't post this comment on 10 videos in the next hour. if you do, tomorrow will be the best day of your life
Don't like to be left alone? LOL That is an understatement. My Bengal cat (Miranda) will meow at me if I am paying more attention to the television then her. If I don't play with her then, she will sit right next to me and tap me on the shoulder with her paw until I notice her.
Thank You! Your information is very very helpful. We've got a new 3 month old here in Chicago that is absolutely adorable! Fits your description to a "T". She takes great pleasure in "borrowing" and "relocating" objects all over the house.
I have a 4 year-old female and my 2-1/2 year-old male is an F4 (fourth generation). I have to say I love these cats dearly - they are the best pets I've ever had. Their fur is the softest, and their personalities are the best.
You should consider adopting a Bengal, i'm not sure if you can in your area but i know here in california there are quite a few foster homes that would be happy to send one home with you. I'm going to be picking one up next week, and its only going to cost 175$. You sacrifice its kitten years (most of the time) because they tend to be older, but you are providing a home for a needy kitty and i'm sure they will appreciate it and love you that much more!
you can leave your bengals outside, but it's most likely to be stolen... i let my bengal cat play outside under my watch and take him for a walk, and he loves being outside :)
i usually put a leash on him. but, he comes back home after a while when he runs away. i dunno if it's only my cat, but he doesn't mind wearing leash.
Our bengals are only six months old...I love them! And, seriously, I have NEVER been a 'cat' person. In fact, we also have dogs and they get along great. They play chase and everything! (of course we never leave them alone with the dogs...just in case someone out there freaks out about it.) But I would definately recommend this breed. They are so much fun.
I watched the series and I have to say that most statements about cats' behaviour are true for any cat. It's annoying to hear all that junk although there are some interesting facts too
Very well put together. Did you actually produce this video series of "Ideal Companion"? Quite informative for anyone interested in any of the breeds you show. You should put together a DVD of all the segments and distribute it to pet stores (though I am not a Pet Store pet advocate by any means). It would help people make informed decisions about the breed(s) they may be interested in.
sounds just like my bengal x she is 15 weeks old and is into everything, she helps me wash up, trys to get in the bath! sits on the keyboard, runs around with the kids and is just the best pet ever! OUR FAMILY LOVE HER SO SO MUCH XX
No doubt i prefer cats to humans, cats are loving, compassive, faithful, the love you you trus them they trust you. Your cat will never leave you or do any harm to you, however humans will do anything to you just for a few bucks.

They are super hyper, super smart, very vocal (they don't sound like a regular house cat at all) and love taking showers and going for dips in our pool.

How much do these hybrid cats cost? Especially the marbled bengal? I've always wanted one they're like a small Clouded Leopard to me.

Very affectionate cat, hyper, great personality, love water, loud though, they shed alot even though this video says it doesn't, very smart, great jumper, and gets these hyper crazy moods
drewvulture 1 year ago
just my experience with MY bengal...she is very very affectionate with me...follows me whenever i leave the room etc. but not as affectionate with my wife or kids.not that she is mean to them...just not as affectionate. i read in a book about them once that they tend to pick out only ONE person as "theirs" and that seems to be the case with mine. like i said not mean to everyone else but she is definately "my" cat..or more likely "I" belong to "her"
shuckyd2001 1 year ago
My Bengal is the sweetest boy I have ever meet, he has never once tried to bite or scratch me. Although, he can get feisty and go into "wild cat" attack and pounce mode and I feel like I have a real leopard stalking me!! LOL! At 10 lbs, he is solid muscle and just a joy!! I would reccomend them to anyone who wants to be entertained and spend lots of quality time with it.
believeinurcat 1 year ago
Bengals are not for everyone. They are very sensitive and they need patience and understanding. At that worst they will terrorise other cats so be careful. A bad one will kill another cat. Introduce a new Bengal slowly into a group. If the new cat is showing aggression keep it caged for a couple of weeks in central part of the home where the other cats can interact and smell it without danger. once ok with all let out. They are very intelligent and independent but many are rehomed.
rohansrider 1 year ago
Better some waht older childern like 10 or up because younger ones wil go ok most of the time but childeren have a tendensy of not lock doors and leafe stuf laying around, and if pickt on a bengal wil not run as fast as she says, the are powerful atlethic engeretic cats whit special needs, lots of playing and climbing places

I have two bengals.
Thanks for the short history. Very interesting.

Are they tolerant to any other pets like rabbits?
ipodgirl95 1 year ago
@ipodgirl95 > They are very outgoing, but my Rose (10½ year old) has an issue: She hates cats and dogs, but have learned to tolerate my other cats. I don't have any expierences myself with a bengal and other animals (besides cats) - but of what I've heard they can live together; but mind that the Bengal won't get borred ;)

@Charlott1991 where did u get urs??
ayis23 2 years ago
I live in the Nederlands, so a buyed my bengals (i have two) at a cattery in the Neterlands. I had to pay € 900 for two and that's very cheap! Because normal you have to pay € 750 for one.
Charlott1991 2 years ago
wow. i live in singapore and a 3mth old normal bengal kitten would cost $1,500... Now im saving money to get one. :(
ayis23 2 years ago
Expensive! I think there are a lot of fake cattery's? We also have fake cattery's, they ask money to transport the kittens to your country and if you do that, you never see a kitten ofcouse so you've lost your money. My kittens are 13 weeks, they arrived yesterday haha.
Charlott1991 2 years ago
yup, i almost fall for that scam too... there are only 2 pet shops in singapore selling these beautiful cats. and $1,500 is the cheapest.
ayis23 2 years ago
hahaha yes, me either. But I thought it was really sad to transport a kitten with a plane. And there are no normal cattery's? Because buying in a petshop can be dangerous, because a lot of petshops don't take care of the kitten (in the Netherlands)

Unlike you shallow bastards, I see value in lives other than human. In fact, I usually see LESS value in human lives due to all the ignorance and voluntarily bad caused.
lunei66 2 years ago 34
oh my. you are so arrogant that you think you have the authority to judge the value of life. on your own arbitrary terms, of course. and you even go as far as to call others ignorant and shallow, how very misguided. i feel for you, really, i do.
bearachute 2 years ago
I'm neither arrogant nor arbitrary, douche.
Please enlighten me about what I'm so "misguided" about. I'm always open-minded.
lunei66 2 years ago
that i have to explain myself further should be enough to demonstrate how you are misguided, no quotation marks necessary. you said it yourself: you apply value to life. as if that alone isn't enough, you do it based on what you determine "good" or "bad," or "enlightened" versus "ignorant." you take for granted the idea that you even have the right or ability to define those terms, but you're willing to go even further and judge the worth of other living things. against yourself, i'm sure. sigh.

I want one, are they expensive?
elevengiant 2 years ago
A friend of mine, used to breed them and yes they are fairly expensive. Usually around $1000, this is because the bengal usually only has one to two kittens and they are prone to being still born and possibly having complications, so therefore each healthy baby is precious and worth a lot. Other then that they are sweet, most are'nt super affectionate, more indepent it but it can depend on the individual cat and how it was raised, and they love water! :)
yellowillow010 2 years ago
Thanks. The video says it has the good side of dogs too, anyway I will get one when i can spend $1000 like a tissue.
elevengiant 2 years ago
Haha no problem. Well I have always owned siamese cats, they are a bit like dogs aswell, and usually not as much money. They are suuper affectionate and will want to sleep on you and follow you, kind of like a dog, and most come when they are called. But they are VERY vocal, to the point of howling, which I have to admit, I love. You can talk to them and they always meow back. :)
yellowillow010 2 years ago
They look very cute but I must say I have a thing for wild cat fur, like leopards or cheetahs. However it looks like for the near feature I may get a siamese cat first since they do have an adorable face.
elevengiant 2 years ago
That's great, a siamese is a great cat to own in my opinion, we are getting a siamese kitten in November, they were just born in September. If you go to my page, I believe my latest video has the photos of the newborn kittens with their mom Zoe! :) I hope you enjoy, and best of luck with the cat situation! Have a nice day. :)

Can you put a bengal on a leash and take it to the park with you like you would with a dog?
inlovewithcats 2 years ago
Some breeders don't do a good job of socializing the kittens before selling them.
inlovewithcats 2 years ago
Hmm... that's sad. It's also very nontypical. Your friend's cat must have been either abused or simply neglected as a kitten... it can happen to any breed. My Bengal Madeleine is so loving... she's almost obsessed with me. =) I have never seen a cat more affectionate.
ladysafire828 2 years ago

He also howls all the time, and likes to play fetch which is also funny. we have measured his vertical jump at almost 4 feet, he has hops!

One would be hard pressed to find a bengal by accident. Yours is not one, I'd venture to say. I've volunteered at shelters my whole life and I breed bengals as well. I've never once seen a missplaced 1000 dollar plus animal.

they seem like such great cats!
bubbanelson474 2 years ago 7

EVERYTHING she says in this video is true... ive seen it all!! she loves cars!
bigflirt383 1 year ago
@bubbanelson474
definitely go with the ocicat
ocicats are pure domestics with none of the potential for temperament and digestive problems of the hybrid bengals; also ocicats, unlike bengals, pose no risk of genetically polluting either species
ocicats used to be pretty unremarkable but these days they pretty much match up to Bengals in terms of spotting quality
maximum411 1 year ago
the bengals that have stripes rather than spots look almost like normal tabby cats,
binashraf 2 years ago
That's because it was bred with a tabby pattered cat. And this one in the vid is just a kitten. But the makings are much more distinct and uniform on a Bengal. With a purebred Bengal the differences are pretty obvious. Gues you have to own one to know.
