Why do so many people like the Budokai style? It sucks to me. It's so slow and hard to master, and they walk like they have to take an urgent shit. Tenkaichi is so much smoother and easier to control, and it can be very fast-paced. And imo, it looks like more effort is put into the Tenkaichi series.

@flmae46 One reason might have been because this game was pretty light on content. There are no Dragonball characters, no World Tournament/Cell Games game mode, no Buu and GT sagas... It's pretty bare bones compared to the previous PS2 Budokai game. It does have an interesting combat system, as far as I've seen, but if there was just more... everything in a sequel, I'd have bought it full price. I might buy Burst Limit now, though, since it's only 30 dollars and I like the Budokai style.

@wesler218 For the PS3 I would say Burst Limit has the best graphics and gameplay. For the older consoles like PS2 Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and 3 had very pretty graphics and great gameplay... also the old Budokai 1-3 games were very fun to play.

@wesler218 So far none have been perfect. There is no "best DBZ game" unless you go strictly for gameplay... then I'd have to say Legends for Ps1/Saturn. The new Ultimate Tenkaichi looks like it improves alot on raging blast and will probably be the best looking... it's only downside is that it will have a smaller roster than Raging blast 2.

Well...I had a friend that loves DBZ so much, that he paid me to create a custom xbox 360 controller for him that had Majin Vegeta and Super Saiyan 2 Goku on it. I must say it looks pretty bad ass. Burst limit is very well...limited, it lacks quantity, like it has only around 22 characters, but the fighting is phenomenal and its fun to play, while Raging blast takes on the tenkaichi style it really has a lot more characters but the fighting is atrocious to me at least, so the question from me to you is, do you prefer quantity(Raging Blast) over quality(Burst limit)

this game is awesome but way too short... and they didn't put enough characters in it (21 hah...) the cutscenes are awesome with the epic graphics, but the story is kinda lame, as soon as you defeat vegeta as goku you unlock namek saga and go straight to the battle with vegeta vs reacoom. for new players its like "who the hell is reacoom? where the hell did he come from? and where the fuck am i!?!?!?!" a little description would be nice that explains why you are there

I've already played this game a few times. But I must say, Raging Blast is so much better. It has some pretty intense online play and the fighting system is more sophisticated than any other Dragon Ball Z release so far.

It's only boring if you suck really bad at it. But if you're a true Dragon Ball Z game and decide to put the time in to get better, it's incredibly fun. Kid Buu pwns hard XD.

@sparkingmeteor1337 Actually, WRONG. There's no such thing as a spam character. Spamming is all about the person who's playing. The way I fight with Kid Buu is fierce relentless. I'm usually able to obtain victory in under a minute without spamming, glitching or playing turtle. I'm saying that you can't spam with Kid Buu, but believe me. It's not something that I do. People that call Kid Buu a cheating character are just the ones who get their asses kicked by him online LOL.

I don't spam with Kid Buu because the method I use is capable of killing them faster than spamming. Now, Super Perfect Cell. THAT is a damn cheap character. He has Afterimage Strike AND Instant Transmission. It's hard to win against someone who can use Super Perfect Cell right.

@sparkingmeteor1337 Ummmm you're missing what I just said XD. Super Perfect Cell has both Afterimage Strike AND Instant Transmission. Trust me, Instant Transmission with Kid Buu is all I need to rip someone apart in under a minute. But Super Gogeta only has Instant Transmission too. Vegito is the one with Afterimage Strike. Cell's cancels are pretty insane too. His combos are as fluent as Goku's. And that's just annoying LOL.
