Okay, the show actually took place around May 2006, most likely 3am. When you're tired you'll do anything (like act retarded) to keep energy and interest going. Elliot, the host, knew what was on the photo (there's a monitor in front of him so he can see what he's presenting). This was just one of the many times he was trying to entertain the production crew and himself. This isn't even the funniest thing he ever did on air, someone just thought he was making a mistake.
