For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. Unfortunately, Dr. Wilder was reading a corrupt version.
No one can EVER refute what Dr. W-S speaks on. It's ALWAYS just meaningless monkey babbling, and NOT discussing what He speaks on! That's because there's nothing TO say, no "refuting" the absolutely KNOWN facts he presents... PERIOD. Answer THAT, any "scoffers", then you'll have a leg to stand on. But.. you can't. He's speaking from a depth of knowledge and understanding that those who CHOOSE not to consider (why???) will in fact only scoff at, with nothing BUT mud-slinging worthless babble ;-)
In 1965 Dr. A. E. Wilder-Smith visited and promoted the false claims that dinosaur and human footprints existed at Paluxy River in Dinosaur Valley State Park. These supposed tracks were later discovered to have been forged by creationists.
@Imaginefree69 - What does that prove? At the time, it was thought to be true, so he mentioned it. Evolutionists have also held up hoaxes as truth which were then later proven to be false. Why don't you talk about that as well, instead of just trying to bash Dr Wilder-Smith? He wasn't above making mistakes, like the rest of us.
And 16 years later, "his 1981 work The Natural Sciences Know Nothing of Evolution contains a variety of falsehoods and errors. Kenneth Christiansen, Professor of Biology at Grinnell College, reviewed the book stating "the most fundamental flaw of the book is an apparent confusion or ignorance... concerning our present understanding of the evolutionary process." He further noted that Wilder-Smith's work disregarded basic literature in the field discussed."
"If you Believe that von Neumann teleonomic aggregated matter arose by random chance or by itself, you are beyond medical aid and need to be certified....."
This man has degrees that one can only dream about but because he does not believe in evolution he is a dimwit. That is what all atheists call anyone who disagrees with evolution. Pots trying to call the kettle black, how sad!
@bluago "It was, of course, a LIE what you read about my religious convictions, a LIE which is being systematically repeated. @Imaginefree69 Sorry, I don't know what the hell I was thinking (or if I was at all) when I left that comment. Einstein was not to any extent a Christian Creationist. I left that comment over a year ago, and I must concede that it was incredibly stupid- an exceptional display of poor reasoning and worthless appeals to antiquated authorities.
@fdparis21 creation is not always... BOOM.. there like magic. sometimes creation is the name given to the formation of the universe by an evolutionary process. At least that is my view of creation.

Of course there are machines that arise from an application of the "darwinian method". By so called genetic algorithms. You get purposeful machines only by random mutation and selection.
The purpose of life is continued existence through reproduction. This "purpose" is only apparent since life and its purpose are unseparable. Thus this purpose loses the meaning we're used to.

God didn't make me and I don't feel any need to worship humans.
He has no evidence for any of this conjecture.

@PinkProgram Everything he says is self evident enough to be considered evidence :)

@Imaginefree69 The above quote
is from the Wikipedia article "A. E. Wilder-Smith"
Apparently he was still "mentioning" falsehoods and errors
16 years after being censured for promoting the deliberate Paluxy River hoax,
which Kent Hovind STILL perpetuates today.
These Creationists appear to have little regard for truth
or for professional ethics.

Real science cleans its own laundry.
Creationists just keep hiding their hoaxes and repeating their lies.
