OK so heres my thoughts:

As an fanmade game you have done quite good job.

Yes theres couple of cliches like the one where you got stuck between block (that was funny). but hey it's still work in progress.

You impressed me and I think I may give it a try.

One thing bothers me though.

What the HECK is with that armour?!

I understand you're trying to show the video of this game but i actually find this quite amusing! You use the axe subweapon to hit a candle just to get a heart; at 2:39 it shows you dieing yet the lifebar still has 4 hp bars, and no dieing animation too! 7:43 lol, ok that was weird.

Well for the record, if you hit 10 candles in a row with your sub-weapon, the next candle houses a multiplier item (II or III). But yeah, I make no excuse for my poor gaming skills here other than being out of practice at the time of recording.

2:39 - Either this is just the recording being at 30 FPS and using the BLINKING frames, or an unfinished part of the game.

Whenever Iga suggests a remake game, Konami tells him to work on something new. That's why it took 6 years for the US to get Rondo of Blood from the day that he promised to deliver. So expect another DS(i) game, and the PS3/360 game at least.

If this were to indeed come true, Konami could also add another full length unlockable game featuring Leon Belmont as a

2d sprite charactar (I know I've seen that sprite on some website before). It would be very fun to have the NES game as a handheld and many curious Castlevania fans would flock Gamestops to reserve their copy of

Castlevania: The Dracula's Curse Chronicles.

Konami should make a "Castlevania: The Dracula's Curse Chronicles" handheld game for the PSP with the unlockable NES original "Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse" featuring the 8-bit Trevor and his companions, and of course the Playstation 2 and XBOX original "Castlevania: Curse of Darkness" featuring Hector and Trevor.

i appreciate what konami was trying to do with chronicles. but man they just took sound effects from this castlevania and added backgrounds from that castlevania and revised the classic music. I wished they could have put more effort into remaking part 1 and 3

Hey, to the creators of this game.....FINISH IT!!! From what I played on the demo, and what I've seen here, this looks like it would be an awesome game....much better than Castlevania Chronicles for the Playstation, and while I may be jumping the gun here, it looks a lot better than the "Dracula X Chronicles" coming out for the PSP!! You gotta find somebody to finish this game!!!!

Nope! It's from Crucifix of the Blue Moon/Dawn of Sorrow! But don't feel silly. It does start out eerily similar to the one from Rondo of Blood/Dracula XX and even sounds like it, in part.(It also seems to sound a little like the version from Akumajou Dracula/Super Castlevania IV in a way.)

I guess you're right. To be honest I wished they'd quit redoing that song, and I have to listen to yet another rendition in the upcoming Dracula X Chronicles. But I do like some versions like the original Rondo and the Dracula Battle Perfect tune.
