@dallingo ohne medikamentöse gabe, kann man dieses ja garnicht, wenn sich leute den finger in den hals stecken gibt es ja einen brechreiz, gebe ich dir vollkommen recht.

This is close friend of the inventor of the LMA. He has placed Fastrach LMA, and then an ETT through the Fastrach. He has anesthtized his airway. Also see McGrath Rosenblatt

klar geht das ohne Medikamente. Man braucht halt Übung, um seinen Würgreflex unter Kontrolle zu haben.
Aber ganz ehrlich: das reinschieben des Tubus bei diesem Ding ist nicht schwer. Die Hauptarbeit ist in diesem Fall ja nicht der Tubus.
Ich hatte gehofft, hier jemanden zu sehen, der das mit nem Laryngoskop bei sich selber macht... das wär mal ne herausforderung^^

Ein Freund von mir hat das auch mal bei sich machen lassen von einem Azubi wärend er bei vollem Bewusstsein war... :D
