Did you not scuff off a bit too much when lifting the router at the end there?

@dextercf It was fine. There is a huge margin of error on these anyway because the lip on the button is quite big
and will cover up even fairly large mistakes. But a small movement like that didn't even make a mark.

Those buttons should cover about 2-3mm of slip ups. Still, nice videos dude!
How do you make sure you dont cut the wood and only the plastic?

Why not use a drill?

RPMs aren't nearly high enough on a drill, and the kickoff you'll get will always leave you with uneven surfaces inside the hole. This is way easier.
