Really hope that York and Mansfield go up next season. York gave us 3 hard games this last season and apart from Wembley were pretty unlucky especially on the first day of the season at the Kassam. Met some Mansfield fans at the kassam at the end of the season and they were all wishing us well for the play offs and hoping that Luton would fail (wish granted!!!) Good luck to you both for next year.

GREAT great moment when that went in, i went to the villa chelsea semi final with a mate to see what it was like , then he came with me to see the mighty yellows and admitted that he hadnt been to a chelsea game with that kind of atmosphere. Who knows back to back promotions a possibility?

Congrats Oxford. You deserved it. Very gutted we didn't turn up for the first half hour. Much happier that you've got up as opposed to Luton, who have horrendous supporters, whereas you lot were very respectful and consoling after the game.

@Tim733733 Thanks mate. I was very happy too when you beat Luton as I knew if it was an Oxford - Luton final their lot would be looking for trouble outside the ground.

In contrast where I was drinking before the game Oxford and York fans were drinking together and having a laugh.

Good luck next season although it will be tough as their are some pretty decent sides in the BSP...Rushden,Luton,AFC Wim and now Grimsby and Darlington....and only one automatic spot.

What a fantastic day. I have not felt like that since we beat PeterBorough 4-1 to win promotion back in 96.

The Yellows took a massive step yesterday to turning this club around. With the right attitude,luck and investment maybe we could get back tp playing at the level of league 1 or even the Coca Cola Championship and if we can get there who knows what could happen....!!
