@kerty1231 I'm guessing you don't know very much about weight loss. It all depends on your BMI. Whats your gender, weight, height, age? All of these factor in how much weight you will lose by doing this. For example, someone who weighs 300 pounds, they are 5' 5 and does this for a month, they could lose like 20 pounds (just spitballing there) but someone who weighs about 150 and are the same height, may only lose about 5-10 pounds in one month.

If this really gets me to sweat (and I believe it will) I'll probably be doing this every day myself. Though I'm on a diet and starting to workout twice each day. Are there alternate ways to do some of these exercises? I have RA and my wrists are damaged... several of the ones that use your hands and wrists I simply cannot do! How can I still get benefit from those specific exercises(#6, 8, 9,and 11)without injuring my wrists?
I actually decided to use my forearms instead and jump off the kitchen counter. It's much less stress especially on the wrists. I do the push ups with my forearms too instead of the hands and wrists!
wow... just did this workout and my head feels like its going to float off my body. I really felt that this workout worked every muscle in my body. For those who aren't big fitness heads or haven't worked out in a while like me, then you most likely will not be able to do all fifteen of these moves in fifteen minutes. I really struggled through the fifteen moves, and I included 15 second breaks between. Really excited though to continue this workout every other day and see results :)
@cuixinshi are you kidding me -.-.... there are 15 sets she demonstrated, 15 minute workout. Do the math -.-... a minute each or you could start 30 seconds each and as you get better at the workouts you move up to 45 second 50 then a minute each. Goodluck

I just tried this!!! I could barely do it, was way too stuffed! By the third set of jack jumps I did like 10 and couldn't jump anymore, and the squat jumps, I did like 3! Haha. I want to do it everyday to improve my fitness and tone up!!
Hi all. Would you all recommend this routine? I am a college student and have never really had to work out to stay somewhat skinny. Now that I am a freshman in college I cannot cook the meals I want cus we do not have stoves do to fire precautions. I have to eat what the cafeteria serves which is nowhere near healthy. I have noticed I am gaining weight and cus I am taking 19 credit hours I don't have time to go to the gym. I need something I can do in my dorm room.
you dont wanna be fat but dont wanna eat healthy? starvation diet. you can still have nothing but sweets, but you also lose weight!!! just dont eat above the calorie limit, like 500 cals under. then just deal with the pain and your stomach gets smaller and you eat alot less
@elparallel The only way to lose weight is to have a calorie deficit. You can exercise all you want but if you eat enough to gain those calories back on, it'll mean nothing. Eating 500 calories under everyday isn't even that bad. It works out to a loss of 1 pound per week.
When workouts say lose 10 lbs per week, its a load of crock. Because that would mean you'd have had a calorie deficit of 35,000 calories that week.

@CheesyPopcorn97 depends how active you are, if your eating more calories than you burn then you gain weight, if your burning more calories than you eat your loosing weight. this is just a workout to burn calories. if you run 30 mins a day (not walk, run) you would loose more weight than doing this. if you fixed up your eating habits and exercised in a month you'd loose an unbelievable amount of weight. so give it a try for a month and ur gonna see your results :)
also for those who are not yet fit yet, but looking to get fit.....jumping jacks and thrusts are probably not doable......try...marching on the spot, with a small hand weight in each hand if needed........

@TheDavid1690 When you do ab exercises your ab muscles become more defined but if you have a layer of fat over them they still won’t show. The way to get your abs to show is to burn more calories than you take in, by making sure your nutrition is good (5 small healthy meals a day) and that you’re intensely exercising 30 mins or more 5 times a week. Yeah, sorry about that been real busy. i haven't been able to do the workout everyday but rather every other day.
from the month i've been doing it after like no exercise at all this 15 minutes is quite a strain. if i did it everyday from the start i'd have probably quit by now.
"does it work?" well, in a way. i've lost 3 pounds this month but i feel a bit stronger. i do think for beginners everyday is a lot, might try every 2-3 days
i'm still doing it every other day, but i'm seeing some results. i'm at the point where my body feels comfortable with the work and it doesn't feel like it's working. sure enough though i'm at 207.
13 pounds for 2 months sounds kinda suck, but considering i don't feel like a tub of goo and my pants are slipping off my ass i'm rather happy with the results.
i would recommend this work out even if you only do it once a week it should help.

you need to count your calorie intake and fat grams. you can look online to see how many you should consume according to your height and weight. eat healthier also. more fruits and veggies. eat more bright and colorful foods and less of the plain colors. stay away from fatty foods. There are all sorts of guidelines online to see what foods are good and bad. with any weight loss it is going to take a while to see results. you are physically changing your body it doesnt happen over night.
and all of those commericals you see that say 2 weeks and things like that they are wrong. to be healthy you should lose about 2 to 3 pounds a week and dont let that discourage you.

@Wylxed ...i did it in the evening because of my schedule..if i had time i would do it first thing in the morning, feels realy good...it isn't neccessary to stretch before workout..but you should stretch a little before doing it nyws...its more important to stretch after workout.

@Wylxed ..okay, so basicaly..after working out, Lactic acid will build up in your muscle tissue...thats why you feel fatigue and soreness in your exercising muscles....to release some of that Lactic acid, stretching after workout is important..there are many other benefits of stretching..but this is why post work out stretching is good.

By doing this sort of workout (as with most forms of excercise) , it creates more muscle definition and tone with the main aim is to get fit. Would you rather be 9 stone 5lbs and look toned and fit or be 9 stone and have flabby bits??? hmmm work it out for yourself

anyone who wants to see any significant kind of result shouldnt do ANYTHING for 15 minutes lol. ANy program should push you for about 45 minutes if your doing gym maybe an hour-hour and a half. this is bs plz dont waste time.

sorry i have neverd replied because i was busy with school and my kid he need me to play and read and take him out and i did stop this execrise because i don't want to lose weigh any more becase i lost alot of weight about 35 pound and I start to lose my hair so that was one of the resons why i stoped the diet and i am doing just waking now. Contrary to popular belief, it is impossible to spot-reduce fat (unless, of course, you have it sucked out surgically). Your metabolism burns fat from all over the body; you can't exercise one problem area away.

@iveyspam Excellent point. You can't "melt" fat away from specific areas of the body. However, you can train specific muscle groups if any are lacking in strength. The best way to lose fat is to eat a nutritious diet (redundant sounding, I know), and perform exercises that get the heart pumping.

ive tried th sme workouts as shown n it actually helps alot, also was eatin no sweets and no eatin after 6pm lol trust me, weight goes down. it mite not b th fastest way but least ur not starvin urself. . .
took me a month to hit my target n thn ive stopped - biggest mistake ever, put on weight n gotta start all over again :D gd luck ppl :)

Yeah, sorry about that been real busy. i haven't been able to do the workout everyday but rather every other day.
from the month i've been doing it after like no exercise at all this 15 minutes is quite a strain. if i did it everyday from the start i'd have probably quit by now.
"does it work?" well, in a way. i've lost 3 pounds this month but i feel a bit stronger. i do think for beginners everyday is a lot, might try every 2-3 days
this isn't lose weight fat, it's an investment.

Investment might not have been the right word. this workout basically helps you lose weight but also helps shape your whole body.
this means when you hit your target weight you should also have the toned body to match.
that could help as motivation, knowing you're killing 2 large birds with 1 stone.
the first month results are always harsh with honest workouts because you're adding muscle to your total weight. i'll post again in a month or so.

i'm still doing it every other day, but i'm seeing some results. i'm at the point where my body feels comfortable with the work and it doesn't feel like it's working. sure enough though i'm at 207.
13 pounds for 2 months sounds kinda suck, but considering i don't feel like a tub of goo and my pants are slipping off my ass i'm rather happy with the results.
i would recommend this work out even if you only do it once a week it should help.

you diet when doing anytype of weight loss activity. There is no way around it, just dont eat so much.

you need to count your calorie intake and fat grams. you can look online to see how many you should consume according to your height and weight. eat healthier also. more fruits and veggies. eat more bright and colorful foods and less of the plain colors. stay away from fatty foods. There are all sorts of guidelines online to see what foods are good and bad. with any weight loss it is going to take a while to see results. you are physically changing your body it doesnt happen over night.
