Man, she's gorgeous. Oh, and Ning is a great company. Good competitor to web sites who used to run forum software but are taking their business model more serious and moving towards a social community to have their content be powered by their own users - and have them help create the web sites.
A pity she's gone and Jason Rosenthal took over! Since then NING went way down...

they stopped allowing javascript for addons though which kinda sucks :/
Its still great though.
