Back in 2006, I thought that this would be released as FF13, I was then overjoyed to learn that there was gonna be another FF game and that this would be instead released last.

Final Fantasy XIII is coming out in Japan this year. Everywhere else in 2010. As for Versus XIII, I don't really know. But, they're not even close to finished.
FF XIII, not versus, is for the 360 and ps3. The exception is japan, where sony has exclusive rights to ff XIII. Also, versus is currently announced as a ps3 exclusive, at least in japan. I believe that it will stay a ps3 exclusive though. I don't believe nomura as a guy to cut corners, and with the capacity of bd, he can put more stuff onto the disc, just like hideo kojima did

It's made by the same team from KH and they say it will be really similar, they also said that they want you to expercienc battles like the ones in the movie FF 7: advent children. So don't worry about combos and speed because that will probably be in there for sure. But we don't know too much right now soo you'll have to wait till the game comes out, like the rest of us*sigh* can't wait for it too come out.

Took me a while to decipher this song, I don't see "children" or "kingdom" in this song, I hear "The earth Sleeps" making "The light skip" and this problem. Don't think this game has to do anything with children in kingdoms. But I do know they talk about a glowing light that sometimes would appear, that only Noctis and Stella can see. you can check the first line Tellus and Terra both mean earth, Regnum, Regius is kingdom, and rule.. and I certainly don't hear regnum. translations on my page.

It's hard to say, what she sings about. In the first line i hear 'Deus dormit', for example, but becouse of this italian pronunciation, I can't be certain of this. We need to wait for an official text :p

lyrics aren't supposed to make sense
there just something about the structure of the words that don't make sense to me, almost like pieces of a different puzzle were added to this.
somethings wrong here, I just doesn't look right.

Hmmm, thats very vague. Obviously its not gonna be perfect, but we agree that its as accurate as it can get. Of course, the pronunciation of the words is a bit dodgy, and the people I did it with were more experts in classical Latin (as opposed to eccelestical Latin pronunciations) Still, Im satisfied with the end result.

I have to admit I never even looked in to the first few lines of the lyrics before; I always thought they were right, but after reading your post I became curious
I actually agree with most of your translation, however there are just a few words I'm skeptical about, 'Tellus' I think that means 'Castle' not 'Country','Ignem'-'Ignite','possint'-'abide'etc
These are just my thoughts, its hard to say without the official lyrics

this game is supposed to have a battle system like kingdom hearts! awsome! the only reason i didn't bother geten final fantasy games was cus i don't like turn based battle systems very much (the only one i had is FF7)... but i loved kingdom hearts, so i should love this! cant wait for it to come out!!!!! zomg!!!! i bought a ps3 just for this game!!! (well not realy, but i still want this game badly!!!)

green means he is using magis his hair also turn white just like when he teleports
and blue eyes are normal

actually nomura said that his eyes would be a symbol when u went into battle or was in love etc and that can be proven because his eyes didnt glow red until he engaged in combat and then on top of that there is an image of another person with a moder day yakuza look angrily glaring before other people and his eyes were glowing red as well...

oh...dang...well um..do you think it will be like KH gameplay? that is what strikes me.
I mainly want it if it has that gameplay...because...really, that is the best gameplay out there. none like it, hands down just my favorite game play of all time!
you get the nice combos and speedy attacks and you get to run around freely! just so great! so I will get a ps3 if it is like that! thank you for the info!

It's made by the same team from KH and they say it will be really similar, they also said that they want you to expercienc battles like the ones in the movie FF 7: advent children. So don't worry about combos and speed because that will probably be in there for sure. But we don't know too much right now soo you'll have to wait till the game comes out, like the rest of us*sigh* can't wait for it too come out.

If you think Cloud is emo then you don't know what emo is. Looking mad is not emo also. Cloud had a lot more problems than a couple of dead guards. If someone is emo in the Final Fantasy Series then it's probably Squall.
