1.) Joker's standing on a street corner with make up on yet no one's looking at him.

2). You can clearly see that his hair isn't green when he gets in the car.

3). You can see the bus doesn't hit the guy when it crashes through the building.

4). What happened to the bus driver he shot? he just disappears???

5). Why doesn't he just take the smoke bomb out of his mouth and throw it???

5). Everyone seems to be oblivious that a bus has crashed through a bank, they're casual walking by.

In the beginning, Joker is standing in the middle of the extremely populated place with the mask in his hand... In the end of the robbery scene, he takes off his mask and you see his make-up. So in the beginning, he was standing in the middle of a populated place with his actual face showing people that he was Joker. Yet no one called the police?

@MrSpritzzz thats the "spoon" (or safty handle) the pin holds the spoon down. when the pin is pulled, the spoon is released, which in turn sets off the timer for detonation. so when the Joker walked away, the pin was pulled, off screen. the thing that flies off the grenade in the bank's president's mouth, was the safty handle =)
