Think of you lakes as your drinking bottle and your in the middle of a desert, you have enough water to last yourself. So if you share your water with other people you will run out sooner. Same goes for lakes and other sources of water. The more people we have to share it with the shorter the span we will have till we run out of water. When we run out we call this drought. Simple.

Well yes there is immigrants but there not the pure cause of the drought. The problem is that California is not prepared for a crisis like this. Droughts are a natural occurence like any other weather event.

there is no drought !
the problem is that water is been allowed to run to the ocean to flush the 300 million of gallons of sewer water cities dump on the DELTA everyday, the smelt is just an excuse.
the democrat scum has sold us out to the environmentals,this scum bags need to be all fired .
the price of food will be even higher with less crops and more people will go hungry and lose everything they have worked for.
we need a revolution and expel this clowns from public office.

we have around 90% of the water needed to satisfy all needs. the only problem are the scum bags in the democrat party that went from defending the poor and workers, to please the environmental WACKOS.

HMMM lets see If you let millions of immigrants into the country to drink our water you think we will run out? Think of it this way Mexican immigrants drank all the water in those lakes you cant wash your car because some imigrant want to come here to make money for early retirement back in mexico. Think about it we let this happen. California is a huge urinal and the mexicans are pissing all in it.
