I'm not sure what you mean exactly, is it the size of the cars that make them look the same? It's quite interesting when you think about this. In England small cars are very popular, in Australia we have a lot of small and larger cars. In America, obviously there's a lot of large cars.

if you put every car in this episode side by side and removed the badges i would not be able to tell them apart. all the same. short nose, hatch back, about as wide as a golf cart
