I thought it was more funny than educational, especially the facial expressions. (Tom looking in the camera, Tom getting angry after Jerry keeps mimicking him and Jerry's eyes getting bigger after punching Tom's nose).
I like it when the cat looks at the camera and grins as if to indicate he will be victorious in his pursuit. Burt Reynolds would later utilize this technique in Smokey and the Bandit when he outsmarts some rural policemen and grins at the camera before taking off.
I loved this one when I was a kid. It's fun to see it again.
