@totony35 Yes, it's an easter egg put in the game by the developers, which is why the text "Oh my!" comes up. If you hit the Navel Pirahna before starting the encounter, he'll die before Kamek has time to make him grow.

I've yet to watch the run, will supply feedback soon, but seing as it's been published I've no doubt that it's perfect. :)
