Because we are on this side of the border, it seems like the right thing to do is just "submit a request" however this request is out of reach for the vast majority of Mexicans and the ones that need to find an opportunity for a better life. He is an educated man and doing very well, but he respects the process and is following our laws. No one can choose where they are born, but one does have a choice where they live, but the same goes for me. If I were to choose to live elsewhere, I would follow the laws of that country.

The cost and requirements to apply for a legal visa to come to the US is way out of the reach of the common folk. They are required to have a bank account, home, land, and references; just think, if you have all of these things, why would you want to come here?
