I think the ring effect for the sticky present is just a bit too large. A present that grows each second or changes color would be a little less obtrusive.

@TheMrLifeguard the first version i made of it didnt have the circles and it was kind of pulsing, but with boom dust and the W pulses too much of the effect was on the 'chest' of the hero so i went with the spinning circles, you can see that its there but its not getting in the way of other buffs/debuffs on the hero
