Yes the world is, but the people engineering it aren't. They need to manufacture wars so that they can continue making and selling arms. I think that its all changing now. Too many people are not buying the line of crap anymore. Just look how desperate the media is getting in their bid to promote the swine flu vaccine. The End the Fed movement is growing as well. If the financial system falls, there will be no money to finance war and the PTB will lose control of the populace.
