That's so cool!!! I wish I had a recording of my first solo-- I was whooping and hallering, it was great!! Especially the "oops" I'd say or "ah oh" LOL! I don't think you ever forget your first solo, especially when it is suddenly pounced on you not expecting it.
Loved the video. Like you stated, this is a prep video, I will have numerous prep flights prior to the real one. Thats why ya have them. Congrats. I am going back to finish mine up. Started when I was 17 and now 43. Looking forward to more videos. Joe
LOL! Ah that brings back some memories! I remember making having the same "oh crud" empty seat thoughts! Especially once off the ground, and you realize "ah crud" I've got to land this thing now! Gratz man!

This brings back some memories. As soon as my instructor left the ah cruds came and the, "wow this plane flies like 200 fpm better"

There is nothing that beats that day....maybe passing the checkride but the feeling is different on your first solo.
