Kaukasian ovcharka is one of the best guardians but it have some bad thing on it like: its not very smart dog( not as stupid as a pitbull but not as smart as a german shepord), it is not friendly to strangers ( even to new girlfriend ), it eat more than you and your family, if you get one of them you will need a large playground ( realy large ), and atlast if you want that dog to be a good dog you should respect him more than your best friend
