I noticed one thing man, most young goalies have the same problem, and its very easy to develop.
When in your stance, instead of bending your knees and arching your back, your very slightly bending your knees and over arching your back. Instead of being upright and your knees able to output powerful pushes, your hunched over, with very little power for pushing.
You want to have your knees bent with your back reletively upright, it will help
No problem, bad habits are easy to form, and hard to get rid of. Other than that, you're technically sound. Good positioning, angle and depth, and good timing.
Fixing that will help you cover more net and be more explosive.
Ya That's cool. our team is the Thrashers and we play teams from a different league and they're league is CAHA so we call them CAHA P 11 for example. P for peewee. But they call themselves the Panthers
What size is the catcher you are wearing? Are they're intermediate size?
