  • @pisgah44 it sounds like you need to contact the store you bought from. They would be the ones responsible to handle your problem, just as we are for our customers. If your other Rowe chairs from the 90s are still in perfect condition sounds like Rowe has performed well for you. I suggest you contact the store you purchased from they will need the serial number of your chair (it will be on tag under cushion) and they can easily order you replacement cushions.
