I watched the full interview on the website, it was interesting and recommend everyone does the same. I'm a fan of both of these men. John is very funny and even though he runs a comedy show is often the voice of reason when domestic media outlets fail. However, I felt that he was being too pugnacious during the interview. Bill O is the man! although he does not have john's humor and charisma I find his show to be very informative and prefer it over glenn beck, maddow, olberman etc.
Whether you like O'Reilly or (probably) not, he does ask good questions and a lot of them tend to be on key.
His main problem is he tends to ask them too quickly or interrupt a person from an answer HE is trying to get. He'll ask one question and then upgrade it to a slightly different question then jump back to the original or go into a different question entirely.
Bill should write his guests answers down and point out what he wants to question or wants to know AFTER they give him an answer

I don't think that any man on earth could live up to the expectations that Obama set. So according to Bill, the "regular" people, "real" Amuricans, are people that never watch John's show? I guess he's suggesting that anybody who watches John's show are'nt "regular", and everyone that watches his show is. He only counts the people that are against anything Obama has"regular" people. I also have no regrets about voting for President Obama.
First, any choice has to be measured against the alternative, and the alternative was LOUSY.
Second, he inherited an economy that was on the brink of collapse, and the economy has started to grow, though sluggishly.
Third, he faces a relentless opposition that will stop at nothing to destroy him, and he conducts himself with dignity.

Yea inherited a bad situation but drives it down worse then it was before.
My favorite reference is the summer of recovery. Look at the USD index. in 2009 before the "spending" it was at 76-78, it spiked up in the high 80s during the SUMMER OF RECOVERY, but now as of Wed/Oct 6th we are back at the index of 78. Gold/silver/plantinum/ commodities spike and stocks hardly stay stable.
Why do you think there is much opposition? Is it because things arent moving forward as he claims?

I don't think that any man on earth could live up to the expectations that Obama set. People thought Obama would come into office and two months later, unemployment would be at 5%, we would have a single-payer health care system, and all of the troops would be out of Iraq. That's the danger in being toooooo good of a candidate, your expectations will be way too high and impossible to meet.
