Yes i agree-Andy was the best ever-He performed with me on many many occasions,and you can watch some of him-RIP on my video-on you tube, as we performed live at the Tropicana Hotel& Casino in Atlantic City NJ-Barneymcnelis-also i so do miss Jimmy Roache RIP.with out a doubt the greatest Drummer ever. thanks for posting the video short as it might have been.Respectfully, Barneymcnelis

I've just been listening to a radio program on RTE Radio (Ireland) dedicated to the memory of Andy McGann. Andy was a great,great fiddle player. I loved his style of playing. May he rest in peace ♥ ♪♫

A wondereful opportunity squandered - to hear Andy McGann play a couple of reels solo would have been such a breath of fresh air, change the title of this clip before you disappoint many more people

Thank you for your comment, Its a good idea, But I would like you to know that Andy sadly passed away a few years ago, I was a passing tourist at the time in Kate Kearney's, I who took time out to do a small film of him. where were you....?

He remains one of our Greatest Players ever.

Yes I am aware that he died some years ago.I have the wonderful solo LP he made with Payl Brady accompanyiing on guitar.Andy originally sounded identical almost to Michael Coleman (who taught him) until he developed his own unique fabulous style
