The Occupy Mentality > It's apparent that inside these kids skulls is an empty cranium. The entitlement mentality is a Socialist mentality and Rome (i.e. the Roman Catholic Church) is throwing its support to this mob. Here's Rome's view: "“Looking after the COMMON GOOD means making use of the NEW opportunities for the REDISTRIBUTION of WEALTH among the different areas of the planet... to ENSURE a globalization in SOLIDARITY, a globalization without MARGINALIZATION."(363) - Social Doctrine RCC
So Kevin, are you still in support of this movement? Looting stores, multiple reports of rape, theft, shootings, drugs, human feces, clashing with police, Molotov cocktails, assault, mass littering, racism, antisemitism, and of course, Communists...doesn't it remind you of the Tea Party?..oh wait, it doesn't. Because although the Tea Party shares the disgust of what has been done on Wall Street, they say NO more bailouts, cut spending, cut taxes, promote entrepreneurship. & Actually find a job.
I haven't paid much attention to the news lately because of school and work but the other day I found free time and I was looking at AOTS clips on here and ran across this. Found a video on failblog about it too. I gotta say wow to the fact no one around me is talking about this. Especially at work and school. I'm disappointed. But they will hear about it now.
GOVERNMENT IS THE POBLEM. BY NOT STANDING BY THE CONSTITUTION THEY TAKE BRIBES / CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS AND THEY EITHER GIVE HUGE BAILOUTS OR THEY GRANT RETRO ACTIVE IMMUNITY FROM PROSECUTION,
HISTORY OF RETRO ACTIVE IMMUNITY IN THE U.S.A
1. given for unconstitutional use of torture
2. given for illegal merger of banks (we can see the effects of that now)
3. given to telecom company for illegal wire taps. (Fisa bill that led to the patriot act)
To understand the happenings of today we must study the past. This study begins with Rothschild. After taking control England's central bank they are quoted with saying it matters not who makes the laws as long as I control the money supply. You'll encounter Andrew Jackson, Lincoln and Russian czar Alexander, Bolshevik revolution, Garfield, Wilson, and you'll encounter Warburg, Rockefeller, eugenics, Nazi's,. Bush, De Beers, Heinz, Du Pont, Morgan, + other well known names. Enlightening trip....
Gee,I wish I was a whiny, spoiled, pretentious liberal who thinks yelling at nothing causes the action of politics/econmics to get moving.OH wait it doesn't,the flow of cash does.

I just wonder if we'll get something like this in Minneapolis.
This movement is about all issues and all people, its bigger than any one issue. that's why it will never stop, we have started somthing with other humans across the globe who we may never meet, but have that one thing in common, we are tired, we want to be free... YOU MIGHT STOP ME BUT YOU CANT STOP US. POWER TO THE PEOPLE!!!
im a big fan ouyr show kevin and i am proud to say that you are one of the few people on t.v that literally have this type of passion to stand up to what is right rather than get paid what you are told thank you so much and i put it on my facebook page if thats ok
The rich pay 70 percent of the taxes in America. Most of these bums probably pay none. And those who have their money earned it. If you're getting payed 200 dollar checks, work harder. Climb the ladder. Or start your own business. That's what made America great. And abortion is a "minor moral issue", Kevin? If there's even a chance that we're killing a child, isn't that a little bit more? I hate the hippies. They hold us back.
@KANGHI5KHAN123 They're "minor" issues relatively speaking. "Hot button" issues are used to constantly divide us, cloud discourse and distract from the way government functions, the stability of our economy, etc. I wish people would get as emotional and fired up about these issues as they do with others; for if we do not begin addressing these issues, it won't matter how "we the people" feel about abortions, gay-marriage or immigrations; we will wake up with zero say and a crumbled democracy.
@kpereira Sorry, man but abortion is a bit more than a "minor" issue used to divide us. There is no right to kill another human being. Abortion has killed more black babies than the Klan, slavery, and smallpox combined. How is abortion a "minor" issue, again? It seems pretty racist to me.
@KANGHI5KHAN123 "Most of these bums pay none." Such bs. People pay taxes every single day. Payroll tax. Sales tax. Property tax. Etc. Etc. Etc. Would you rather pay income taxes or earn and live off 18K a year?
@KANGHI5KHAN123 Go support your autocracy somewhere else. If you want fuck Hitler go find his grave. Democracy and capitalism aren't institutes for monopolies and oligopolies. Its an institute allowing everyone a fair chance to live their lives equally. Its allowing the people to live by each-other in happiness. Not wallowing in each-others misery. HEy Kevin, thanks for the video. I went to school for media and almost forgot that good stories aim for the heart...well it hit mine. Awesome story man keeep it up. Great ATTACK tonight too! "At the Booty" ...really ?? haha
Good for you Kevin. The media is trying hard to ignore this movement because they are also bought and paid for by these large corporations that funnel millions of dollars into Washington for their own benefit.
@Apalis01 According to this protest if I am part of the 1%, which is actually 2%, (let's make the #s smaller so it is easier) I make $4000 because I put myself through college with hardwork, and now I am reaping my rewards for all my hardwork and money I put into college. Now according to the context of this protest, I should be taxed so my $4000 pay becomes $2000 and my half went to some bum who was a high school drop out working and making $50 a week because he never applied himself-Good olUSA
Thanks so much Kevin for doing this Ive been doing my best to tell my firends and others around me about it but they just dont seem to care hopefully you will have better luck its great to know that people we see on tv are also standing in solidarity with us. thanks for using your voice that is much more heard by people than some of ours
@xXShonomercyXx also I "love" how the activists are saying all 99% are here and protesting. I am part of the 99%, which the 99% is actually 98%, and I do not agree with the protest. I think-and I could be wrong about this-that anytime people see others protesting there is a natural instinct to join in no matter what the issue is and protest. Some people just like to yell because everyone else is doing it.
It's not about having a fucking direct solution to the problems that plague our country. It's about getting mad enough to realize that there IS something wrong, that there IS something out of placet, that there IS something wrong in the way politics works, that there IS something wrong with the overburdened middle class being asked for more. But to satisfy your naive demands, a realistic solution would be: to end tax loopholes for corporations & to reinstate Glass-Steagall; among other things.
@xXShonomercyXx Instead of having a "solution" the protesters are just complaining, and they want the same people they are complaining to, to come up with a solution. CATCH 22! I truly believe this is a over-hyped protest. HELLO PEOPLE THE GULF IS STILL MESSED UP. People will take a day off to protest for something tawdry but they will never take a day off to help out the gulf good job people!
@Apalis01 CEOs have tough jobs whether you accept that or not, they are Hard-Working making crucial business decisions, adding or subtracting partnerships, trying to be innovative in a competitive and cut-throat market, while having the mindset that every decision you make as a CEO affects all the 99% of people you employ and their families, while you strive to keep your company alive in some way in this economic recession, yeah sure CEOs have it easy right?
maybe you guys should try to understand that this is a NONVIOLENT MARCH. if there is going to be blood, we should not be the ones to shed first or the cause is as good as gone.
I agreed with one thing that someone said "Looking at my paycheck and wondering where the f*** all the money is going to". But as soon as I heard it's "I do like capitalism, but corporations are being greedy and not paying their fare share" I had to shake my head. It sounds like people being mad at the wrong people. It's the liberal democrats evoking markcism on the united states. Open your eyes and you will start to see solindra and union pay offs that are going to the democrat party.
its really great to see this footage speacilly since i live in texas, and we rarely get to see protest of this magnituide even though we need them here. keep it up hopefully that message will take up where i am as well.
@Russman1478 Another point, if there is no Hard-Work involved in being a CEO then why are all these big companies going out of business? According to the context of what you just said, if it is so easy running a company I guess there is no explanation for companies going out of business right? Americans have no responsiblity for themselves that is why they depend on the rich.
@Russman1478 Therefore what is the incentive to work hard when my money will be taken and given to some bum who never appied himself? Why should anyone work hard? We have the rich to tax and give us money right? Taxing the rich will just dumb down America because without financial compensation there is no reason to be a Surgeon when I could be a cameraman and make the same amount of money as a surgeon after the taxes are taken from the surgeon and given to me, the cameraman. What a dumb protest.
@Russman1478 You can't grasp the fact that without the 99%, or 98%, or whatever still overwhelming percentage you want to use, the 1-2% doesn't exist. Without the 99% there is no workforce, without the 99% there are no consumers, which, in turn, results in no profit for you. We don't want tax dollars from the super-rich to be given to the middle class as a rebate, which is what I think you're perceiving it as, because that makes no sense and it's not fair.
@Russman1478 We want corporations, specifically banks, to stop influencing the political climate in this country because that has caused the backbone of this country, the middle class, 99%, whatever you want to call it, to lose its voice. Also, we're not asking for all the super-richs' money, we just want a fair shake when it comes to tax rates compared to the middle class
My family had to FIGHT for everything we have while most people believe they will be handed everything. People that want to make over $250 it is possible through hard work, if I can do it anyone can. America is still a land of opportunity you just can not rely on the rich to coddle you and pay for you, you have to take the money with your intelligence, and your value to society.
If we over tax the rich, then the rich will leave America, look at all the companies that are now overseas. The rich do have the power, the power to take their money and go, with the recession we can not afford to have big corporations leave America, we would lose jobs and our economy would be worse. You want to make over $250, go to community college get into nursing, apply yourself. My mother was an illegal immigrant, and right now I'm in college and I'm going to become a physical therapist.
Kevin it's great that people with more influence like you are helping pass this positive message. Thank you sir, and keep doing what you're doing! Love and Peace!
even if the occupy movement did have one message to rule them all i doubt it would get that much coverage by networks that dont seem to want to show anything out of the norm like Ron Paul gets no press when he is the only republican candidate worth anything in my book
I'll be honest. At first I didn't pay any attention to this. i thought that this will just slowly die out, so what's the point of all of this. Why make such a huge wave when it will never reach the shore? Now looking at it, I believe and hope that this will continue. i see the message now. It's a message that makes sense and it affects everyone.
@robbie4128 the rich have minimum of MILLIONS and are divided as rich, super rich, then these "corporate fat cats". and they are ALL 1%. its crap, dont you think?
@lilboikwon so there only protesting the millonaires?? y cant we just leave them to there bussiness i mean they worked fucking hard as hell to get where they are we should b taking them as role models not trying to destroy them dont you think? i mean if u were a millonaire would u not think that all these ppl complaining about ur sucess would just piss u off and u would just think that there jealouse as they truly are. i mean every one wants to be rich......
@robbie4128 No. They're not protesting millionaires because they're successful. They're protesting a government that's been hijacked by corporations and the ultra wealthy. A government, that hasn't prosecuted those responsible for massive amounts of fraud which has tanked our economy.
@robbie4128 the thing is, they never really did work hard to get where they are. you see, the more you donate money to charities, the less tax you pay. and these rich people create charities that basically circulate money back to them. basically, they pay themselves on top of what they make. hell, if we ALL had enough money to donate to others we could be paying ourselves too, but the truth is, we dont.
this video truly brought tears to my what i believed to be "manly" eyes. the very city that i live near, and i chose to ignore all this until now thank you sir, and please encourage others to do the same.
This event made the rounds on Univision's Sunday news. They may not qualify as mainstream, but they certainly have a strong presence in Los Angeles county.

You want to make over $250, go to community college get into nursing, apply yourself. My mother was an illegal immigrant, and right now I'm in college and I'm going to become a physical therapist.

If there's a movement that needs to spread like a wildfire, it's this.
TRE1275 5 months ago
even if the occupy movement did have one message to rule them all i doubt it would get that much coverage by networks that dont seem to want to show anything out of the norm like Ron Paul gets no press when he is the only republican candidate worth anything in my book

if things keep up like this youtube and attack will have to become the new mainstream. not that thats a bad thing
seraphimrock 5 months ago
I'll be honest. At first I didn't pay any attention to this. i thought that this will just slowly die out, so what's the point of all of this. Why make such a huge wave when it will never reach the shore? Now looking at it, I believe and hope that this will continue. i see the message now. It's a message that makes sense and it affects everyone.

robbie4128 5 months ago
@robbie4128 the rich have minimum of MILLIONS and are divided as rich, super rich, then these "corporate fat cats". and they are ALL 1%. its crap, dont you think?
lilboikwon 5 months ago
@lilboikwon so there only protesting the millonaires?? y cant we just leave them to there bussiness i mean they worked fucking hard as hell to get where they are we should b taking them as role models not trying to destroy them dont you think? i mean if u were a millonaire would u not think that all these ppl complaining about ur sucess would just piss u off and u would just think that there jealouse as they truly are. i mean every one wants to be rich......
robbie4128 5 months ago
@robbie4128 No. They're not protesting millionaires because they're successful. They're protesting a government that's been hijacked by corporations and the ultra wealthy. A government, that hasn't prosecuted those responsible for massive amounts of fraud which has tanked our economy.
kpereira 5 months ago
@robbie4128 the thing is, they never really did work hard to get where they are. you see, the more you donate money to charities, the less tax you pay. and these rich people create charities that basically circulate money back to them. basically, they pay themselves on top of what they make. hell, if we ALL had enough money to donate to others we could be paying ourselves too, but the truth is, we dont.
